I thought the first few scenes were very nice in bringing out the women and a little more of their character. And I guess it's also a reminder as to how much Gutz actually goes through for Casca's sake.

It's also[*] nice to see Roderick has some style on the sea-fairing battles.

Hmm, the folder clearly says chapter 288, but all the files inside say 287 (Berserk_v33c287p01.png).

That ghost quality checker must be at fault for this. :D

awesome chapter... some depth for Rodderick and it brings back the captain from earlier... fate and the idea are some mean SOB's...

But overall a great chapter on all fronts... looks like Guts might actually get to sit out a battle.

man I hate this new board... is there any option to get the avatars on the other side and to get rid of the "save button"? Everytime I hit it when I want to click submit. ;p

Yes, all my fault. 8)

Already discussed in OTW. No, so get used it as it is the default for all phpBB3. All your favorite forums running phpBB will eventually migrate to latest version and it will become standard. Also, I like it better and that is final. :D

Save is there for drafts, it is there for a reason.

Was I the only one listening to the "pirates of the carribean" soundtrack while reading the last few pages (since it seems to be the movie Miura have seen recently)?

Couple things I noticed...
Page 1 & 2... Harry Potter?
Page 5-9... another water-fight? Only this time with 2 women!
Page 10... "The flag... it's from YS" - Theres game series under the name Y's, and an anime too, but I'm just reading too much into things.
Page 13... Holy Sh!t look at the detail in the sea.
Page 14... Jack Sparrow with Gutts's missing eye? LOL
Credits page... Nice touch LordMune

Many thanks to another satisfied nut.

I'm glad to see that Roderick is more than meets the eye. It feels like Guts is getting a band of people together ever so slowly.

GREAT work, EG, thanks.

I'll upload and post a direct as soon as I get back home (which will be in half an hour at the most).

Well, when the chapter preview was posted I was sceptical, but now I understand why Miura needed the sea battle: He's got to get Guts off his harem, and he needs some auxiliary guys for all the ladies. Roderick is being set up as Farnese's match, so he can't be the wuss we all thought he was, previously.
