That was an awesome opening! If the game lives up to that, it looks like its really good. Sadly, I haven't had a chance to play it yet, but I'm looking forward to the opportunity.

i havent seen the opening to the game recently but the game kick ass, alot of ass.

I am stuck at the stage where you have to protect the church and sherke (however you spell it) isnt in your party. I have been everywhere and have fought all the trolls that i have crossed and have not figured out what to do and there are no guides, so can anyone tell me what to do?

i haven't played yet either, but i've been really wanting to for a long time. this game looks great!! i cant wait to play!!!!!! the graphics look pretty good but the actual gaming part might only be found truly interesting and incredible by berserk fans. (since it looks pretty regular in terms of fighting and such)

the part in the preview with old band of the hawks caska was like "yes! just- just stay there!!"
(but then she got all glowey and we know what that means.) then again i had that same feeling when he was killing those apostles...

wait- why was the title in korean and the credits in japanese?

The first few frames have Korean text cuz if you followed the link displayed, it goes to a korean site.

As a game on it's own, it kinda sucks. Now if you're a fan, it's probably a 'must play' game just to see the story in motion instead of just frames of a manga.

I still havent finished the game, i got a little bored of it and I could only understand a third of what they were saying. Pretty much i could understand just the non-important speach.

Since this post was off topic:

Song choice at the end was weird, i was half expecting some dark music to start up.

It would be great if it ever came over to the U.S. in a translated version.

I was actually looking for the opening theme of the berserk anime so my friend can try to play it for fun. But instead we found the ending theme.
Ah man. Old schools look so hip.

Ah, Waiting So Long, I love that song, despite the abysmally bad engrish.

If I find the original Japanese translation of the lyrics (the lyrics they first wrote before turning it into Engrish for the song) I'll post the translation here, because the original intent of the lyrics was actually pretty awesome

I liked this one, not really due to the music but because this music-video is made out of the manga...

Since love and fear can hardly exist together, if we must choose between them, it is far safer to be feared than loved.

That was already linked to in the 'Berserk AMVs' thread.
http://www.evil-genius.us/forums/viewto ... 56&start=0

AMVs should probably all go there and non-AMVs should go in this thread. Or do you guys want all types of berserk videos to just go in here?

hmmm.... :?:

lol, in a way those lyrics are the originals. But I bought the OST a while ago and in the booklet there was a translation into Japanese of what the supposedly english lyrics were saying, and when I read the Japanese, everything made so much more sense. I don't have the CD on me right now though, so I am waiting for my brother to scan the booklet or send me the japanese text some other way

If Luck- or anyone else is still looking for a video of the opening song, here is the full version music video: http://youtube.com/watch?v=FtXEOytFG_k

And here is the actual opening: http://youtube.com/watch?v=PlZEqFccuwc

Edit: Also, I found a berserk AMV with Mad World as the theme. I was always struck by how easily the lyrics can be applied to Berserk, and apparently so did the group who made this video: http://youtube.com/watch?v=6_8wxzccJuI

A video with the full version of Forces. I don't know how reliable the claim that it's made by the creator is though.
