This chapter was fucking awesome, Mystic and I are in agreement that this is one of the best chapters EVAR and this should give the blasphemers and those who-have-lost-faith-with-Berserk an eyeful to look at. If you thought the recent chapters were slow paced, this should knock your socks off.

You were right Mystic...fucking awesome!! ^_^ I am interested in how Shierke will escape. And yes, it is very nice and exciting to see Guts going Berserk again! ^_^ It's really nice to see him literally flying through the whalephants especially after coming home after a crappily reff'd hockey game.

Who needs a cannon now BIATCH! The artwork for p10-11 was out of this world, but I loved the idea of him flying through the one thing's one eye and coming out through the other. And the Dragonslayer is so black now, probably dark with all the blood, but I like the symbolism all the same

Great chapter. Gatts is really freaky like that. Much more freaky than his old berserking self, because now he looks like he's operating with machine precision. He feels a bit like robo-cop... err... well...no, maybe not.

I'm loving it... my girlfriend was looking over my shoulder when i read this chapter... i just got up and she's read all the way from volume 1 to volume 19... great work again guys.... this is the berserk i know and love

Damn this chapter was sooooooo badASS. Perhaps schierke will be able to prevent the armor from weakening/killing guts? Damn those whalefishys ain't having their best day.

Certainly no easy way out, but at the rate Guts (and last chapter Schierke) are going through those beasts, I'm not sure how long it will really take.

The whole Schierke thing at the end could lead up to some pretty awesome stuff but we'll see.

I'm surprised at how many of you giggle like schoolgirls when Guts goes berserk, haven't we seen that enough already?

It's a pretty good chapter (easily better than most of the recent ones), but I've gotten my hopes up about this series based on single chapters many times and I've only been disappointed.

I'll wait and see how this story develops.

The whole Schierke thing could be a dramatic turn of events, or it could just be another 2-5 chapters of everyone struggling to get her out only for everything to return back to normal when she does.

Some pretty nice imagery in there though. I'm loving the second to last page with Guts standing on a pole (?) and the cape flowing the opposite direction.
