ive seen all but the first one and i think the the first one was SICK! i can play that song on my violin and its no walk in the park on a violin and then he adds to, that was freaking sick.

i believe the first one to be geniune though.... if you check the more videos tab you can see several people doing the same ans that japanese guy though they have a distinct difference in sound between the guitar and the rest of the melodie which makes it so that you can actually hear that they really are playing it themselves... furthermore several of them say that the jap guy is the original one so i think he to plays the melodie himslef... i mean if others can do it why not him?

yeah, the first is either genuine or a very good fake. the one problem i have with it is the pick work that the quality of the video can't show so it's hard to say if he is actually picking or not.

In the first post the first link was to some guy playing a crazy ass song on his guitar. Well i found almost all of his songs. Problem is that his web has limited data trafic so the vids have to be watched via video.google.com

its a longshot but what the heck:
does any kind soul know how to rip just the audio portion of the 1st link of the 1st post in this thread?
the one with the electric guitar playing canon.
i got tired of revisiting the link every time i felt like listening to the music.

I want to dowload it too, but the only way I found was to download the Googlevideo viewer, and then you can download the archive of the guitarist.
But when I thought I´d done it, I realised that the video of the guitarist weighs only 1 Kb, so I think what you keep it´s only a fucking link, or something like that.

hi pikachu,
i just discovered that you can dl an mp4 version of the video.
its on the same link.
on the right side u can see a "download" button.
select for ipod or psp 1st.
you will dl a 25mb video.
it can be played on a normal player.
hope this helps!

now if anyone can point me to the name of an app that can help me rip the audio out....

i got it ripped for you... just let me know how you want the file (format etc) and how you wish to get it (url, file xfr, email etc)
