Well, since no one got it, here's the big reveal:
It was...Oruchuban Ebichu!

Oruchuban Ebichu (or Ebichu Minds the House ( おるちゅばんエビちゅ?) is an anime produced by Gainax director anime Makoto Moriwaki and is based on the manga by Risa Ito that was published by Futabasha Publishers. It first aired as six eight-minute episodes in 1999 as one third of the show Modern Love's Silliness.

Most episodes follow Ebichu, a talking hamster devoted to her oft-indifferent owner, who is only identified as OL ("Office Lady"), a single 28-year-old (this is her age in the original manga series while she is 25-year-old in the anime series) who doles out cynical commentary and the occasional beating on the rodent. Ebichu tends to take this in stride with endless praise and compliments. Such abuse is usually caused by Ebichu's almost disturbing lack of tact or propriety, which often embarrasses her master in front of other people.

Ebichu often attempts to correct OL's bad decisions, such as her berating of OL's obnoxious and untrustworthy boyfriend Ebichu nicknamed Kaishounachi (worthless man).

Ebichu is sometimes joked by fans to be the complete polar opposite of Hamtaro, a popular children's anime featuring a hamster in more wholesome adventures.

'twoud be Puni Puni Poemy, a two OVA spinoff of Excel Saga by the same crazy director (who, yes, actually voices himself in the anime http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclo ... php?id=512). Also, please don't watch a dub of this one, it just doesn't work.

i always thought the dub was better for excel and poni, how fast they talk is just not done justice with subs

Here's a tip: It's probably one of the worst series ever conceived. Repetitive, predictable, boring, stupid, badly animated and just plain lame.

PS: Dubs invariably suck. It's like the rule of thumb of audiovisual entertainment.

Nope, not even close. It's nothing like Love Hina, and they don't look anything alike, IMO. It's about a million times better than Love Hina too. Not that I've ever actually watched Love Hina, cuz I don't watch that kind of crap. Here's a hint, there's a freaking Haro in the picture. I went back and looked, and I had already posted a pic from this series before, sorry. The picture link was broken though, so lets see if anyone can figure it out without cheating.

Anyway, if you know what a "Haro" is, that should be a big hint.

Oh, and this anime was made about 4 years before Love Hina.

well as you pointed out it is a gundam series (mabe more obvious since im going through and watching hem all now) that is one of the series i have not watched so im going on a limb and guessing turn a gundam?

No, it's not Turn A. Since you guessed that it's Gundam, I'll give another hint. It's part of the original UC timeline.

That’s from Jyu-Oh-Sei: Planet of the Beast King... I think. That’s one of the worst animes I’ve seen. The ending is so stupid that it’s hilarious
