Please, don't just copy a faq. Most faqs on fighting games suck ass any way, so you don't want to post it usually. Some of the combos in there are actually decent. But if we are going to start spitting combos, how about some explanation of when to use it, or how difficult it is. Nothing too extravagant, Halfnhalf's post worked quite well. My hope of this thread is to help people not too great at these games to learn some stuff. Besides, if some one wanted this combo list, you could have just linked the faq.

halfnhalf wrote:time for some t5 talking.. my bryan fury list...

my favorite- df+3,uf+3,d3,2,d3,2,ff+2 this one takes practice on landing that ff+2

3,3,2 ff+4 this one can be easily be seen by anyone

df+3 3,3,4 simple one for some quick punishment.

b+2,1,uf+3, d+3,2,d+3,2,ff+3 the second d+3,2 doesnt land for me all the time.. so i just do one of those.

its been awhile since ive played this game so i need to remember my juggles, but every now and then when the opponent is on the ground i do a bb+4 just to add some extra dmg or to finish off that last bit of health. yes it does hit if they are laying on the ground.

edit found some more

b+1,3,3,4 simple though you have to find the opening to get that b+1 in there

b+1,3,3,2, bb+3 theres my bb+3 i guess it can go agaisnt me since fury will also be on the ground but if there is that chance of getting the ko ill do the bb+3.

well thats all i can think of for the Bryan Fury list.. i played bruce a bit, so ill see what i got with him. my paul was meh but he had some nasty juggles. if people start given some info back ill post some more.
I'm trying to become good with Bryan but i dont get this 1,2,3,4.

Which number is triangle, the circle, X etc?

I geuss df=defend and bb=back back FF= forward,forward?

yes i know im linking you to a gamefaq site, but it lists everything you need to know.

http://boards.gamefaqs.com/gfaqs/genmes ... c=20447828

OOOHH and i got some nasty Bruce juggles too.

b,f+4,uf+4,b+4,3,4 63 dmg. i call it kicking your ass, cuz its all kicks, but the first b,f+4 is very unsafe, so sometimes i skip that and just use uf+4. That move comes out quicker, but there isnt much dmg being delt.

b,f+4,df+1,2, b+4,3,4 68 dmg. this is pretty much the same as the first one , but with some elbows in it. you need to time the second elbow so that it can hit, but its pretty easy to nail.

ff+1, df+3,1 this one leaves you very wide open during your ff+1. to make this work use it as a wake up on someone so that you are somewhat safe. it hits mid so it should hit, unless they just completely block it.

df+1,2,df+1,2,uf+3 i love his knee attack, hits mid and sends them flying! at first i thought you can do only one, but you can land the df+1,2 twice. so good stuff.

thats all i can think of. df+2 is a launcher, so im trying to think of ways i can get that to throw out some big juggles.

i know there are better ones, but i think these do justice and dosent leave bruce too open.

Well, I was trying to learn GGXX Reload, but the game is just boring to me. So I have picked up trying to learn Vampire Savior deeper than my current knowledge. Does any one give a damn about VS?

I do. That is a very famous vid Messatsu. Most of us had seen it shortly after EVO 2k4 and/or when the video set for EVO2k4 came out. It still is an amazing vid though, and the cancels to daigo's super really caught my eye this time around. Jump in MK to d+MK to light shoryuken to super, that combo sure took some LIFE.

Hugo is kinda fun to play with. I was playing against a friend who has no idea of how a fighter works the other day. I just told him to pick Chun Li and whore FP like a mother. I was using Gigas of course, and the whole time I was playing just to land it. Those were really fun matches. He kicked me ass though and that made realize what a bitch Chun Li is and how much I suck with Hugo. :(

Gigas a lot easier to do with a joystick though.

Correct. Parry to 720 is not THAT hard, but let me tell ya you have to be fast as shit and you NEED a joystick. You can not do it on pad, it is just not possible.

And Tempest, that was a medium shoryuken, not a light. He would have been air borne and not able to be hit by the SAIII. :D

Yeah yeah yeah, I figured it out. I just thought that for an instant, Daigo was so much of a SFIII pimp that he was able to change the laws of the game and hit the super before Chun-Li went airborne.
