[quote]I think that the Burning Wheel has to do with Scheirkes ability to use the magic. Like it was said, big cities are tough because there aren't many spirits moving about. However a water wheel, moving large amounts of water all through the city, the presence of spirts in that water might make it easier for her to use magic. [quote]
But didn't she also say something about the power she was going to summon being an extremely difficult to control one? In that respect, fire seems like it would be harder to control then water.
Thanks, Sandman, I missed that.

I think I ve seen a similar figure to the fire figure.
go to v27 chapter229, page 56
It looks similar but I am not sure.

I don't think they're the same, but they're possibly related (in essence, not directly... i.e both are spirit representations).
The figure in vol.27 represents (if I'm not mistaken) Guts rage, his beserker quality that desires nothing more than to strike out again and again until everything is destroyed.
The figure in 267 is (I think) the representation of whatever magical creature is part of the attack on the city.

Hopefully its a sign of Guts evolving along with the armour,if it is it could be awesome.

I never really noticed it in Sandman's sig picture, but with Gut's troupe on the left, and Griffith's gang on the right, Casca is right in the middle...and the whole thing doesn't involve Puck hehehe

There was a Pic of Puck and Isvalle(SP?) but it was washed out and didnt fit well so if you look close puck is with Casca so he is not out totally

I think I know what is inside the ship
It is not the Kushan emperor. If you look at chapter 243 of volume 28 (page 161) you see the same ship as the one that is in the harbor now. The captain of the ship could be that old man who looks like a Yoga master who seems to be a strong wizard.
Do you think Guts will face him??

definetley, and drive the Dragonslayer up his floating bony ass

with some help from a young witch...
Oh and Sandman, there should be a Puck somewhere in your sig, becouse it is unbalanced
but the new sig is good

Unfortunately, 268 is not out yet. There's no sight of the raws at all...which majorly sucks.

Delays are inevitable, since the raws still hasn't arisen yet. Unless someone who has access to Young Animal decides do scan it...

I think YA's out, but I can't be sure if Berserk came out on YA though. If someone could verify, that'll be cool.

Problem is that in the RAW a date was given for when the next Berserk berserk is to be released in YA.
Means we can't trust that date anymore OR the 'source' was unable to release a scan. In which case I may poney up some Yen and scan it myself.

I think its starting to get a bit annoying with him constantly fighting the armor. He should be able to find some balance... tap into the armor without destroying himself and I'd be more cool with it. I'm already reading a manga where a main character is having issues controlling a evil force and doesn't wanna kill those he likes... and so far Bleach is doing a better job of keeping me intersted in the heroes struggle against his darkness...
But its still more Berserk and I really can't complain about that.

Well, if he's going to master the Berserker Armor, if such a thing can be done, then he's going to have to keep using it.
