I may be mistaken about this as I've left my Dark Horse Vol 10 release at my buddy's house so he could read it; but in the official release when Guts talks about Gambino talking to his dog, he is calling out "Shizu, Shizu," not "Cecil, Cecil." He is talking to the dog, but calling out to his dead lover, not addressing the dog.
Also regarding the chakram. Silatt doesn't say they are called angel halos, but that they will become angel halos after they've sliced into your head.

As far as I can remember, the king doesn't call the torturer anything other than "torturer." As for Silatt's opponent, I can clearly recall reading his name and alias, but just can't recall them from my memory. I think they make mention that he killed 100 men during the war, though not all at the same time like Guts did.
