that thing is awsome.. but no matter what... the music always comes out good. seriously just click randomly and you get the next greatest masterpiece.

It is, don't know why it became this famous. But the songs and flashs all about it are funny.

It became famous because of horrible translation, which was common in the early days of games coming from overseas, companies didn't have the linguists, or didn't care enough to properly translate things.

Example, a screen from the ending of "Blazing Star" on the Neo-Geo:
