Well I go on all fours almost every friday and saturday night. Other than that I don't move that much.
If I really wanna sweat I take up the guitar and start banging. It's strange, when you play guitar you don't move much but you sweat like hell.

Thx, I'll remember it .
Anyways in Dutch its called "milk-acid" so don't blame me for being so noob . They don't teach such words at school. Anyway, to prevent lactic-acid:
take light weights and train till your muscles drop.

It's the same in german "Milchsäure" aka "milk-acid". Dutch, the german-english language.

It definitely does make one sweat quite a bit, however, I wouldn't count it as a good source of exercise. It may be intense on the forearms and fingers, but unless you go insane like you are on stage, it doesn't do much for the cardiovascular system.

I hate German (the language). Talking is easy, but once I have a pencil in my hands.... I'm done for.

It's "mjölksyra", "milk-acid" in swedish as well! Germanic languages FTW! But milk contains lactose, so...
And milk-acid is actually a very good descriptor since lactic means "of or relating to milk". That's why drinking milk before going to bed is bad because the lactic acid just sits in your mouth. Ew.
I have a membership at this gym that costs way too much money. But it is open 24 hours a day, so I can go exercise after work or what ever. I do a lot of swimming actually. I really enjoy doing a good 2000 to 3000 meters a day.
Heh, Im a member at 24hour Fitness which is pretty tite. It usualyl is sooo expensive. But my friends friend hooked me up. SO instead of the usual 25 a month and 70 down payment. Its like 15 dollars a month no down.
And ooh im soo sore. From football.

In terms of physical activity, I usually do a great deal of walking during the week [when I can, usually around 2-5 miles or so per walk].
Especially during semesters while studying mechanical engineering, the walks give me a great chance to either completely zone out or to think about how to tackle certain assignments/projects while getting some exercise.
As soon as I treat the eczema outbreak that recently popped up on my hands, I'll resume some weight lifting. It'll be a priority -- I was recently screened by the U.S. Navy's Nuclear Division as an officer candidate, and really need to get into better shape [at 6', 141 lbs, it's going to be a lot of work ].

I don't do a whole lot of Physucal activity now, but in two weeks I am going to get myself killed. I am going back to school (University of Michigan) and going to band camp. That is probably the most physically demanding week and a half I've had in my life. Practicing drills and excercising from about 9 AM to 9 PM with breaks of course for lunch, dinner, and practicing music. I really should have been workign out these past few weeks to get ready...
