Doh, yes, he's indeed a Vash copy, they seem to be popping up all over the place. Only he's a mix between Vash and Alucard.

I'm gonna assume that you were talking about this pic ... but it's not 3D animated. In fact, the animation itself is somewhat crappy, but i still love the animation for various reasons.

You kinda edited my post incorrectly ..... heh, especially since you have it posted as if you had quoted it from yourself.

AND What's with the "lolling out loudly" part?
LOL means "laughing out loud" ... so that's a very redundant statement. (Laughing out loud-ing out loudly)

Edit: Oh and I've only watched one episode of G Gundam but that picture reminded me of the whole thing where they randomly show the pilot instead of the gundam when they're fighting (IE they show the gundam charge at it's opponent, then it would transition into the guy's body continuing the same action). Know what I'm saying ...

Now that i actually think about it, that was a dumb guess. The head doesnt look anything like a Gundam ... duh!
