reading H2 now. I really like the light-hearted feel along with the baseball and the characters.

buronson i dont care much about having only read one vol of North star cause of the scans of vol 3-7 being impossible to find but ryoichi ikegami i am a fan of after Crying Freeman.

I read Zombie Hunter, GREAT artwise but i am starting detest the artist. Its the second manhwa of him i love mainly cause of the art(Island being the first) and both ends way too early. Dont draw a manhwa if you will destroy it and end early your *"*"**@***@.

Island was both thier faults i read that. They left to write some lame manga for some japanese company.

Zombie Hunter must be his part his fault too,he wouldnt let it end if he didnt want to.

Artists only normally dont have a say on continuation of a series, especially when he was a noname in is debut and that the writter is Buronson who was one of the most popular writter there was at the time. He cant say a thing about it since the series is just aint to him alone. And if Buronson wanted out, it would have been a pain to renegotiate all the contracts with the editing companies and continue the series himself, nothing tells that the editing company would have wanted to continue without Buronson.

They did stop Island for a japenese project, but that manga is nothing near lame... The manga in question is Shin Angyo Onshi which is for my part way better than Island.

Dont tell me its the same artist in Shing Angyo?

I love Shin angyo and i thought it was other manga they left for.

Island was much better Shin Angyo artwise so it cant be the same guy.

Island, Zombie Hunter & Shin Angyo Onshi were all drawn by Yang Kyung-Il.

Island did have an end, but it was written as a novel.

Yang is responsible for the art in Shin Angyo Onshi, and there is a writer for it. It's a writer and artist collaboration.

I haven't read Zombie Hunter, doesn't really look appealing to me.

Nah man what has he done to his amazing art of Island and Zombie Hunter?

Has he done other old or new manhwas that i havent read? I miss his old art. Its like Muira forgetting how he draws and starts drawing like Naruto and bleach, soo much did i like his old art style.

Shing Angyo has pretty art but not as magnetic and awesome art of the other two manwhas.

He did work on Blade of Heaven a.k.a. Legend of Soma before Zombie Hunter.

I fail to see what you mean by more magnetic and awesome art. SAO's art looks pretty much equal if not a little better in details and creativity.

Of course it looks good but just compare how awesome he drawed people in Island for example with Shing Angyo. The main character looked to me 1000 better than Munsu. He oozed coolness and danger. I wish Munsu did sometimes.

Looks like he toned down the way he drawed the characters before in Shin Angyo.

Shin Angyo is too pretty sometimes if that makes sense.

Not making his main character look impregnable and strong was a choice from them, it makes it more original, he made a more intelligent character who use more of his head and as weakness.

Toned down? Prettier? not sure what you mean, might be because ZH and Island were going on in modern time, while SAO is a totally different time, what I mean is instead of drawing buildings he draws castles which is prettier or other example like that. It might also be because ZH and Island were more horror oriented, while SAO is more of an adventure series.

EDIT:I like my total posts = 666, I wont post for a week!! at least ill try :)

I am talking about how he draws characters specially main characters.

Since Munsu is a kind of a warrior he could look cooler sometimes specially when he is suppose to in a battle or something.

The hair thing ruins the character for me sometimes cause he looks like a bit girly sometimes.

I got over that cause i like the character but sometimes i cant get over that.

I am not saying i dont like the art i SAO i do its just that i was amazed by the art in Island.

I geuss i can hope his next manga looks like Island. It doesnt matter if its action/horror or adventure that style is his best by far.

You know, I stopped being in the manga scene so i'm really out of it now. What would be a good manga to get me started back up again?

I want something different, stylish, unique, blah blah yack yack. Not any of that Bleach/Naruto crap.

Only things I still read is Blade of the Immortal and Berserk.
