Quoted for truth.
If the game is remotely hard for you now, you will never see a level past the fisrt boss "Jamison is in the house." A chant that will never cease to annoy.

Davidson (Not Jamison, but it sounds close) isn't super hard, mainly because there isn't just ONE way to damage him through a number of mind-numbing steps like the later bosses, but he is pretty tough. I gave up for a bit when I couldn't get past "Another Joe", and I've heard that the second to last boss is just about impossible without a walkthrough and a lot of luck.
*EDIT* Yeah, Davidson's chant haunted my nightmares till I got to him and beat him. It took me like a good 20 minutes to figure out how to get the bombs set just right. After like 10 minutes I just muted my TV.

Whatever, don't act like it wasn't difficult at all.

I haven't played part one in so long I guess I forgot his name. But if anyone ever gets stuck on him, just stand in one spot the throw voomerangs, fucking owns him. I just remembered that. The another joe was one of the high points I think, he was the funnest boss. The next to the last or last level when you have to kill all the bosses WITHOUT dying was the point the joystick hit the floor for me.
Edit: On windwaker I actually stopped playing when I had to travel the map for triforce pieces, while I liked the overall game, the sea aspect just didn't float my boat.. (no pun intended.)

I'm up to Meganada as of right now.LordMune wrote:still getting owned in DDS2...
I've never been died so many times against an RPG boss before. I've never thought so much about my battle strategy in an RPG boss battle before. In fact, he's so hard that I don't think I'm supposed to be fighting him right now. I think I took the wrong passage way at some point and ended up going against one of those ridiculously overpowered hidden bosses.
That's how fucking hard he is.

He could be an optional boss, I know that Nocturne had some optional bosses, as well as DDS1. You'll know he's extra if when you beat him you automatically get a new, uber-good mantra.Femto wrote:I'm up to Meganada as of right now.LordMune wrote:still getting owned in DDS2...

Just played and finished Indigo Prophecy. I was a bit disappointed near the end. It's an interesting game nevertheless, I hope they make more games like this, although the camera angles, controls, and gameplay should be improved and also some adjustments here and there.
While the action scenes are goddamn awesome, it feels so out of place with the story and the game. I do think the plot could have been better though, made it more like Manchurian Candidate or something.

The action is so awesome and thrilling cause a little mistake youre dommed, i like that feeling it made me very nervous when it was time for some action.

I played a real kick a** fighting game this weekend. Cant remember the name at all.
But it was all animated by hand (atleast it looked like it).
There was also one named "Faust" there, he had a paper bag over his head.
So I dont really know if this is the right place to even ask if someone know the name off the game by chance?
