Yes, I have, I think I've read most of Douglas Adams' books.

have you had a chance to see the movie yet?

Damien: do you like Monty Python? if you do you'll probably enjoy Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Caktus: taken from the back-cover summary...
"How shall we begin?

This is the story of a book called The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy—not an Earth book, never published on Earth and, until the terrible catastrophe occurred, never seen or even heard of by any Earthman. Nevertheless, a wholly remarkable book.

or

This is the story of The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, a number-one best seller in England, a weekly radio series with millions of fanatic listeners, and soon to be a television spectacle on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.

or

This is the story of Arthur Dent, who, seconds before Earth is demolished to make way for a galactic freeway, is plucked off the planet by his friend, Ford Prefect, who has been posing as an out-of-work actor for the last fifteen years but is really a researcher for the revised edition of The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. Together they begin a journey through the galaxy aided by quotes from The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, with the words don’t panic written on the front. (“A towel is about the most massively useful thing an interstellar hitchhiker can have.”)"

Oh dont worry there will be. Be for now George is going to put his heart and sole into the video games(read it in the Time). There my not be any movies soon but animated series, books, maybe even a drama series are on their way. Star Wars will not die with Ep. 3 this is where it will only get better.

Open your mind to new things.... come on these actors could play them selfs as old people, plus you would get to see Luke's son, wife, the new order... this is the story I want to know. I have also heard that Palpatine make a clone of him self that is set to wake up when the real on dies!!! Weird but interensting. I also want to see Darth Vader during his hunt of the Jedi, that would be awsome.

I agree, looks like the first quality thing to come from lucas since the last Indiana jones.

Also agree with you that you need the original cast for 7.8.9. Woudl suck if they had a new cast.

Original cast would be a must... although the scene in Jay and Silent Bob themovie with Mark Hamill as Cocknocker made me lose all faith in him. But I quess everyone has there price.

Parody is never something that should cause you to loose faith in someone. I think if people paraody themselves it makes them that much better.

KOTOR is got to be the best game experience I had in a long time... KOTOR Sith Lords on the other hand didnt hit the mark so they should skip straight to the third KOTOR in the movie version. I have heard rumors that KOTOR 3 will have you in the outer rim worlds following Revan and you might even start with a lightsaber!!!!

I loved the original Jedi kniight. It was such a badass game, and the fact you could use the force, and coudl join the darkside made it so much better. It even had seperate endings, and some different levels depending on if you chose the light or dark side. Have not played any of the newer ones though, and I Have heard Knighs of the Old Republic is good. Just no time with school, and too poor to pay for them also.

KOTOR is only 19.99 now get it and skip the second, altough it is fun it is very one sided and you dont fight people with lightsabers till about the end of the game, and wait for the third.

I don't pay for games. I buy the Final Fantasies and that is about it. I don't like to spend money on games so I either just rent them or borrow them. I don't pay for them. I had my PS2 2 years before I bought a game for it. I just borrowed games from friends and rented them. I have bought 3 games that I can think of. FFX, FFX-2, and GTA:SA. That is it for games I have bought. As far as computer games go, I buy Civilization and any expansions packs and that is it.

It has Rikku, nuff said. :nosebleed:

It has some chickish tendancies, but all and all it is alot of fun and worth getting, IMO. The battle system I actually really liked, one of the better ones. I also loved how you switched outfits to use different skills and such, that was cool. I haven't finsihed it because my PS2 is broken, but eventually I will fix it and when I do I will beat it and GTA:SA.

Unfortunately, not yet. I plan to watch it in the cinemas with friends when I have some free time, or if not, I might probably rent it out. It's one of my all time favourites and Douglas Adams is one of my favourite authors as well.

check it out sandman! rikku!

besides the chicks, it has really nice gameplay and i like it as much as FF7

arresty: as for GTA: SA, it sucks. the whole "make it as real as possible" thing jus got way outta hand. the way i think is that vice city had the best options too, but that sucked also. the best gameplay was GTA3. the gameplay of GTA3 and the abilities of vice city would make an awesome game, but guess we will have to wait.

anyway, buy KOTOR man. its hell worth 20 bucks!
