I have seen the trailer for Kingdom of Heaven i love these kind of movies but something about this movie bothers me as much as Black Hawk Down who where about Americans soldiers killing Somalians and even if it were only a movie i couldn't watch it.
Cause i couldn't watch American soldiers playing hero's against my people.

The only reason i wanna see Kingdom of heaven a little is that i wanna see how "evil" the Muslims are in the movie.

I've heard that it isn't supposed to be all about pushing the ideals of the Crusade. Apparentlly, Orlando Bloom's character becomes a knight and isn't particularly religious (A rarity of the knights of that age I assure you) and he just does it to save his people, and he has to come to tersm with religion and philosiphy and whatnot. It looks good to me.

I know what its about but since the movie is about the Christian side of the story and its a movie who must have bad guys and in this film is Saladin and co.

I have already seen news about this movie where it says that it is cruised for its anti Muslim stuff.

We cant complain its the only chance that we can see Saladin who is know as hero for what he did against the Christan's in the wars against them.

Saladin is a hero to my people. If you guys want to read a extremely intersting book on the 3rd crusade read "Warriors of God" its a historical book but the author makes it sound like a story. Any ways i wonder if in Kingdom of heaven they will make Richard the lion hearted and phillip of france gay. Cause they were in real life....But then that would make another alexander movie. And no one wants that.....

Saw Sin City, and must say it was a DAMN GOOD M OVIE..... Extremely good.

well they werent playing hero but the movie did effectively portray the somalians. no offense to your people, but i still have time magazine pics of somalians cheering ecstatically as they dragged american corpses on the floor.

well about kingdom of heaven. its kinda bleh. i want to believe its promising cause it from ridley scott. a lot of his films are gold, ALIEN, gladiator, black hawk down, etc. but this film jus looks like a really lame knockoff of the Charlton Heston classic "El Cid". well since this movie is an epic, it will beat House of Wax in opening week, but this movie will diminuish quickly in due time
