Yeah, didn't you read my last post? I bet that scientist left his scalpel or something in him, when his hand got stuck. Then eventually Manji coughed it up. That's what I'm guessing anyway.

I don't think even Anotsu can beat Kagimura. Manji is so out of his league, and I've always thought that Manji was maybe a bit weaker swordsmanship-wise than Anotsu. I'm thinking the only person who could possibly beat Kagimura is Makie. Anotsu seemed to think she was far above him.

Who knows maybe Manji will fight even harder now that he meets an opponents that is soo much better and he hates the guy.

Makie crushed but he didnt hate her.

Hopefully we can see Manji fight a great fight for once even if he doesnt win.

Well then, Damien, if you think the first volume was good, then the later volumes will blow your mind.

Well, if this series isn't getting more and more creepy. It was always a bit creepy, but it doesn't seem like Manji will be out of this torture quickly.

I should probably die for this necro, but I've been hearing a lot about BOTI lately, and I'm interested, as it's the closest thing I've heard to Berserk, and honestly Berserk's the only Manga I've and will read, until I find something comparable. So yeah any updates, anyone still follow BOTI, how I can get me filthy hands on it! I've checked a few of these links, the ATU-BOTI still works, but I'm looking for "EG" quality.

Anyway, better than starting a new thread I figure -- BOTI REVIVAL GO!

It's quite hard to keep up with BOTI, because it's nearly impossible to get from the group that actually scans it, and I don't even know if Lurk is still active.
Lurk mirrors all the DCD chapters, though, and there are still the volume compilations available from somewhere else.

However, BOTI is quite far in being sold in the US, much better than Berserk.

Yeah, BOTI is one of my favorite mangas. It's right up there with Berserk all right. The quality and story telling is pretty similar, but it's set in the feudal period, rather than a medieval setting. You can download it from #Lurk, and they've actually been keeping up with the releases here lately, as far as I can tell. I hope you know how to use IRC. ;)
