Devil May Cry 3

I did unlock that crazy video when I completed normal, but I had never seen Nevan used like that. The thing that impressed the most though, was how Royalguard was used. I always thought that Swordmaster was the best style, and I considered Royalguard to be the weakest (I use Trickster though). Those Royalguard clips proved me wrong, they were awesome! I didn't think Vergil could be pwned like that with the last minute block thing (reminds or parrying from SF3 or Just Defended from Garou).

I was pretty shocked to see that, and I plan on training with Royalguard for a while now.

BTW, Dante Must Die is WAY too hard, I'm getting completely destroyed in the second stage for god's sake! Hard was way easier than this.

I bought this game several days ago and I'm loving it action wise it much better than DMC1,weapon wise even much much better than DMC1.

What i love most about this game other the awesome action is that Dante is back at his best after the silent loser he was in DMC2. Now he is cocky as hell,sleazy and that's what i love about him

About Dante being more powerful than DMC1(DMC2 don't exist in my mind cause it sucked too much) isn't true cause you get to become a real demon after more than half the game plus you cant fly around as a demon as you did in DMC1 and shoot out demon energy.

Cerberos,the guitar is the coolest weapon in gaming history, i mean playing rock music while kicking ass what could be better than that !!!

This games is overall the best in the series according to me the only thing that is better in DMC1 is that the ifrit weapon isn't in this game.

I have high hope for DMC4 now that my faith in the series is restored.

That's actually Nevan, but yeah DMC3 owns for free.

Ifrit > Beowulf though.

. Im swordsmaster lvl 3, I havent really tried the other styles, they don't interest me. But I also think this one is better than DMC2.

Trickster lv3 roxx0rs my boxx0rs. Level one and two are fairly useless, but three-dash, wallhike, wallrun, shooting star and teleport are goooood. There's nothing quite like running up a wall, double-jumping, shooting star'ing, and then teleporting to an enemy to deliver some serious hurt.

I got Gunslinger and Swordmaster up to level 2, decided to try to level up Trickster, and have never looked back since.

I have level 2 on trickster and level 2 on swordmaster but now that i know what level3 trickstar does i wish i used trickster all the time

I'm on stage 12 the last stage i think.

How did you make all three styles level 2 is the game longer than 12 stages or did you take much time on every stage to make your styles better?

My fav moves are Skystar,dubble dash since i got those moves avoiding the bossed has become much easier

What do you guys think about DMC3 compared DMC1??

Devil_Dante dont compare the shit known as DMC2 to this game

...Okay... Anyone who says DMC3 isn't as good as DMC2 shouldn't be allowed to lay their hands on DMC1 or DMC3 or even speak of those two games.

DMC status:

Trickster: 2 <- Trying Tto level it in Easy mode.
Swordmaster: 3 <- Rebellion final technique would be good in a fighting. game.
Gunslinger: 3 <- First style I maxed out.
Royal Guard: 3 <- Almost the only thing I used for Dante Must Die mode.

Weapons, health, and what not are maxed out... I don't even want to try Heaven and hell mode. Maybe for stage 1 and 2 only. But after that Capcom can kiss my ass.

DMC3 is the best in the series, hands down. I beat it today.
Oh, and Libaax; there are 20 levels. Prepare for the possibly weirdest plot twist EVAR, unless you've already experienced it.

DarkenRahlX: You play on EASY? I mean, yeah, for leveling up, but still... EASY?!

Maxxed styles out. only weapon combo i like is cerb and nevan but they don't give air hike, nevan gives flying ability though. So i get stuck with agni and rudra instead of cerb. Also ifrit still owns beowulf, come on beowulf was whining during the whole fight!

I dont seem to remember the boewoulf you guys are talking about? Was it in DMC1?

I wouldnever play easy on a DMC game

I thought this game was only 12 stages cause of the other games but its cool that its longer.

I dont know why but i sold my DMC1 when i finished it so i didnt get the chance to play Dante Must Die and stuff but this time i will play them all with diffrent style everytime. The first time i only use Trickster from stage 3 or 4 and up. Next time i play from the begining its Swordmaster then the other styles.

Then its not that hard at all cause Dante is very fast and avoiding hits isnt hard if you concentrate on avoiding hits.

Well after you beat Dante Must Die you unlock Heaven or Hell then you can enjoy yourself I guess. I hate it but I gotta beat it.

When i finish the game and replay it from the begining, do i have the style levels as they were the last time i played or do i have to level up them agian?

you don't have to level them up again. Just load your game and select your difficulty you want to start out with and you'll begin with all your weapon, power ups and levels you got from the last difficulty level.
