The people here will be all over you if you don't, so you'd better get that dicionary out. This isn't a counter-strike forum full of eleven year-olds who can't spell worth shit, either.

That aside you generally don't put yourself in a good light if you don't at least show a reasonable interest in correct spelling. People will think you are stupid, even if you aren't, and I don't imagine you want that to happen.

Its alright if you make errors in spelling some times. Just dont constantly use things like, "Berserk ROXORS THE BIG111!!!ONEONEONE"

Sorry then. I thought you were some l33t-speak-brat, but it seems you can actually spell alright. Never worry then, I just wanted to tell you straight up what I thought, I'm not going to flame you.

Yeah, it's common to see people posting around here who aren't native English speakers. I think it’s impressive to see people who are bilingual. I can just barely speak a little Japanese, so I know it can be tough, especially with English. That's why I try to be patient, if you're new to the board. However, I still agree with what Brainpiercing said in his previous post...yep. *Nods*

Real bilinguals have it easy, it's the people that have a learn a language from scratch at school, or even later, that have a hard time. I'm English/German bilingual, and it's easy, but if I were to start posting in French..... (which is the only foreign language I learned, outside of really few words of Chinese).

i can speak and understand english
i'm learning japanese (i'm quite skilled i think)
and of course i speak portuguese
but i think that is very funny to hear someone trying to speak another language
the errors must be someting amazing to hear

as for quotes i have this two:

"Looks like I got you" - Guts (the first thing i says in the manga)

"you're pretty amusing... for a good for nothing lowlife that is" - Caska

*bump* Sorry for necroing (from the VERY bottom, 3 pages to the right), but this was a fun one. Perhaps we should make this the "Name that quote" thread now.

First up, who first said this: "..." :D

Good revive.

Guts said "........." in the first Chapter when he looks at the wagon with the "food" for the Snake Baron, could be seen as "...".
Or the monsterwoman he fucks and kills then "That's good..."

Do you really want to know?

Artezul: You didn't start a new thread with your first post. Good call. I'll leave welcoming you to EG to a mod or something. :)

Femto: the ways of the admin are strange and full of peril... yes, peril. I've exhumed this relic because I think it would be fun, that and I didn't want to create a new topic... you know, I used the search button. :P

FIXED! :D

user account was munged, and preventing page to load. If you see any more like these, don't hesitate to PM me. This isn't a serious problem, but I had to re-create an account of an old user that is no longer around.
