The top 10 villianous moments sucked big time. I only liked, what, 3 of them. Can't believe Doomsday and Bane got mentioned. They might as well put Parallax in there as well, as part of the Crisis arc they had, for fuck's sake. And Thunderbolts? Fucking posers. Angel? Not even. I can go on about this, but that article was really poorly written.

It's IGN, what did you expect?
PS: I love you.
PPS: Watchmen fucking rules.

Too much high hopes and expectations, I guess.
I liked the concept of Thunderbolts, but the story was really terrible. Watchmen was awesome, I was hoping it would be a murder mystery, but it came and surprised me with the whole conspiracy thing. I called bullshit to the genetic bit, but I overlooked that and accepted it as part of the story. It ranks very highly for me and it's a definite read to anyone. Although I still liked Neil Gaiman better, Alan Moore is still a brilliant writer, and his earlier works on Green Lantern and Green Arrow was what got me interested wih GL altogether (except GL actually sucks storywise)

Thanks to that big comic forums i have some Superman elseworld stories to read and they tell me Frank Miller's Year One and The Dark Knight Returns is a good read. I believe them cause Frank Miller is my comic artist after SC.
Im also download DareDevil and Elektra stories that Frank Miller wrote.
Now i have something to read that isnt Xmen.

I like Watchmen.
Watchmen is based around the characters, and it shows- the heroes and their relationships are truly interesting, something which cannot be said of most american comics. The main plotline and the twist at the end is "meh", at best, though. Kind of a letdown, but I get the feeling Watchmen should be read for the characters, not the story.

But Watchmen is still awesome, nevertheless. I overlooked that conspiracy part.
I'm reading 100 bullets at the moment, it has a bit of Sin City feel to it.

Just read through the second issue of V for Vendetta, and so far it is awesome.
It may not be Sandman, but definetly on-par with Watchmen if it keeps this up.

SC feel to it? I must have it
Eldo and mune have you read Batman:The Dark Knight Returns?
Its by Miller and Batman feels more like Marv than Bruce Wayne
Im gonna read Year One next along with Frank Miller's Dear Devil.

Yes, I've read Dark Knight Returns and Strikes Again, and they're goddamn awesome. Superman gets the treatment he deserves, when Batman mocks him and calls him stupid.

I didnt like Supes in TDKR,didnt think he would reduce himself to a lapdog and even called Batman dangerous and stuff.
It was good that he got a beating.

What's wrong with that? Superman has always been a lapdog 'preserving the American way' and shit. It's about time he gets shown his place.

I didnt have anything against Batman taking him down. Matter of fact i enjoyed seeing it.
I havent read Superman in a comic before TDKR so i dont know how he is in the comics.
I like reading the elseworlds of Superman cause they are diffrent from the normal Superman comics.

Holy fucking shit:
It happened on Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk.

But Ultimate Universe fucking sucks. When I was reading an X-Men issue with Juggernaut in it, I knew it had all gone to shit. So many bondage references.

The Ultimates was pretty fucking awesome last I read it.
Dude, the Hulk ripped fucking Wolverine in two.
That's pretty crazy stuff right there.

Ultimates is alright, but X-Men is still pretty shit.
I still think Wolverine's a bit overrated. My brother and I discussed it, there's so much talk about him being the best of what he does, but he's the first one to be taken out of the battle with a blast or whatever, and the writer's always make him the one to end it as well. He's been talked up so much about his abilities.
Hulk is pretty much the strongest character in the Marvel Universe, so I'm not exactly surprised that he ripped Wolverine in half. That suggests he has the power to tear through Adamantuim, an supposed unbreakable metal that's been broken a couple fucking thousand times.

Wolverine might not be the strongest in marvel but he is the most interesting along with Spiderman. He has the mystery, the healing powers, his raw animal like character that makes a badass. But they have overused him lately.
I like the ultimate Spiderman cause its good to get a new start with Spidey that doesnt suck.
Maybe i should read ultimates for Wolverine and Hulk too since i cant read xemn from the start yet cause some issues are missing for the torrent.
I have downloaded CDisplay Comic Reader, its the best thing ever created. Making reading comics so much easier and fun.
I read Alan Moore's Killing Joke and i liked it alot seeing the joker in a diffrent light.

i love the ultimates series too. the current volume is gonna end soon and i am curious as to thor's fate. the undertone of mirroring the realworld events very interesting.
like the US's stubborn decision to keep producing super-humans and using them to fight their wars. now they are reall facing the 'international' backlash.
regarding wolverine's supposedly unbreakable adamantium bones, in the ultimate hulk vs wolverine comic it dropped a hint that although the adamantium makes the bones unbreakable, but the joints are still as strong as a normal person's.
that was a very novel point, considering that writers had decades to explore this.

I must say i wanna see how Wolverine will heal himself from being in two pieces.
