I Also think the same about the serial killer in the begining
but looks like OKU try to inject some extra tense & fear in the scene
Will the next chapter be more of that PSI Lad
as a super hero .. try to invest his special powers for human's sake
what about his girlfirend(or almost) .. is there a mystery behind her idea
