Sorry, just misunderstood your point I guess. But yeah he is not the army tyoe, more likely to build up just a smaller group of very powerful individuals, and a few weak ones(Casca, Farnese, and Isidro if he has not improved much).

I think you're all on a realistic and reasonable track here, even though it's been in peoples minds for some time. I have no doubt i Gatts killing all Griffith's minions, but we have yet to see what he will do with Griffith.
Griffith, as the tactician he is would probably not risk all that he's built up by fighting Gatts on equal grounds.

And think about what, Griffith may actually be the main person of the story, Miura maybe fooled us all the way.
What if Griffith wins the anticipated final duel, and what will happen if he actually does?

I guess time will tell, and The Hawk Raiders is the greatest name proposition anyone has ever given to the group, CREDS and RESPECT ^^

I think that it would be sad if Gutts lost after all he has suffered through. But, the battle between Gutts and Griffith won't just be between them but their dreams, the stronger dream must win. It remains to be seen whose will is truly stronger.

They could both die in the final fight. That would be intersting, and somehow fitting to the whole story.

I think that could fit the story pretty well. Probably after the other Godhand are defeated.

i could definately see a dual death grand finale to berserk....

i know this sounds wrong but gutts dying at the end would be a pretty good ending, after killing griffith of course. i feel that after hes accomplished everything he been struggling for, death would finally put him at peace from a lifetime of war

Yeah, I agree. That is why I said that kind of ending would be fitting to the story. I think it would be a good way to end. He has finally finished struggling. Of course after taking down all the God Hand and even the Idea.

Who knows what will happen, but I don't know if I want to see a Spike styled ending to berserk.

But really, as long as Casca is alive, there is reason for Guts to be alive. Plus I would like to see a happy ending for once.

that the final battles will be like any other manga/anime
team vs team battle

Isidro will take on that large dragon guy. that dragon guy his armour is said to be unbreakable but that boys dagger is made to perce anything and kill the target inside out. Serpico will take on Irvine. Irvine never kinda misses but you see serpico his armour allows him to evade it. For zodd it will be SK and he will take on void as well. for the other 4 god hand member does anyone remember Schierke and how she got help from the 4 elementals? i believe they will play a role in fighting them. As for that shadow guy on griffiths side he most likely will fight the Silat. as for armies vs army deal i believe the kushdan demon lords army will fight griffiths and gattsu will have midlands army on his side and they will attack another direction. oh yeah if you guys are wonder who will take on the moonlight knight well based on skills it will be Azan.

I am having enough problem with these noesbleeds, no need to add anymore to it.

After some praying I feel much better, though this headache won't go away. I guess that is God's way of punishing me. Oh well. I agree I would like to see a happy ending, but that ending would fit with the story, though it would be happier for it to end with Guts pwning all, and riding off into the sunset on a white horse with Casca on the back memory restored.

Now on a side note, wouldn't it be intersting if Guts died fighting Griffith after destroying the rest of the GodHand and the Idea. But he managed to cripple Griffith and remove his powers adn then Casca went back to him and it ended up being like that dream Griffith had before he foudn his behelit and sacrificed everyone.

Though interesting there is many an impossiblity in that theory. (remember to post it in the stupid theories thread next time -_-) The main thing is that Isidro cannot take on Grunbeld. Gutts had a hard time with him and no matter how much magic his dagger posses's it doesnt matter because Isidro isnt a capable enough warrior. Azan i dont think can take on an apostle. I think serpico just might have a chance.

Ayanami: nice use of polygons, just the tits look a bit weird....

On topic: While I really hope for a happy ending for this story, I must agree that right now it looks like an "Everyone is dead" ending, with maybe some of the small fry surviving to carry on Gats' heritage. This is, of course, not good for Gats himself, and possibly he won't go out with no regrets, unlike Spike, but it's a fitting end for the story.

Then again, Miura has shown that he can always keep something up his sleeve. Who knows, maybe the elves will give Gats a potion of immortality.....

Most of the stuff you say I like, though, and I believe that atleast Isidoro will live. Though he is weak now I believe that he will become much stronger as the story progresses and I do believe that he will become the strongest warrior in the world or whatever he wants to be. He has alot of good practice with what he has been fighting up until now.

I stand by my stupid theory that in the end, it will be Farnesse and her apple powers that will save the day.

I would like to see BERSERK end with caska back to NORMAL, and her and Guts being able to live the rest of their lives together happy, and GRIFFITH being DEAD.

Yeah Guts doesnt deserv to die after fighting monsters,demons most of his life. Let him enjoy a live of peace before he dies.
