Kinda? Dude that's full blown retarded with a side of stupid.

Well anyway I'm not much for stupid theories but here's one for ya. When they arrive at elfheim, Caska will regain her memories from a shaman there, but in the sudden flow of overpowering images of dead comrads and rape, she collapses to the floor, unable to cope with all of it at once. Later she awakens in what looks to be a cozy shack, and Griffith's there to greet her as the hawk of light. She tries to attack him, but she's easily overpowered by his strong will. He then instills into her mind that Gutts is the bad guy and not him, she is now like a slave to Griffith until he is defeated. She doesn't let her actions be known around Gutts and company. Gutts knows nothing about this in the meantime, while they continue on their journey.

There's only one problem with that theory. How would she end up with Griffith?

Besides, I think the point is that the elf king will restore her memories in such a way that she doesn't immediately go back into a post-traumatic fit.

Your objections are easily answered. You see, Griffith is the elf king!!! Shortly after returning to the real world he secretly killed the original elf king and took his place.

Whoa, that's why Griffith and Puck are both a really light shade of bluish green and seem to float in mid air ...

He can't be the Elf King, otherwise Griffith is already a king and his wish has been granted, nullifying his search for the MIdland throne.

Ah, but he's expanded his wish since then. Now, his wish is to be king of the entire world!!!

Seriously, that's actually looking like a strong possibility, since the setup and preparations he's been working on seem way too elaborate if all he wants is to be king of the Midlands.

In a strange twist another country on a continent far west off the shores of Vrittanis across the great ocean, gets dragged into a war against Griffith's empire due to an unprovoked Apostle attack on Fairyland (North of Elfheim), part of the Western Alliance of Eternia. It turns out Skeletor is really the SkullNight who has been wondering around Midland with amnesia, and that He-Man is gay.

Nothing really ever comes of it though as this theory really isn't any funny, now that I re-read it.

One day Evil Genius decides to take a stroll to minland, in being there they spot Griffith. One of the members in the background then proceeds to shout out "Let's lynch 'em." So all of the members of E.G then gather up rope and carry Griffth off to an old fashion lynching. Midland is saved and Gutts and Caska have no clue of this event, and marry easch other. The End.

P.S. You guys can decide who says the lynch line....

uhm.. I'd appreciate to say that o.o though that'd turn out to be pretty much of a ridiculous scene, since I'm a girl whose voice is too... girlish for that.
that way guts n casca would 1) continue their journey after griffith forever, not knowing he's already dead; 2) get really angry some guys did the dirdy work instead of him and kill them all (and I'd be really afraid of a Guts chasing me :S)

because miura's hand has been amputated because of a really fucking bad case of carpel tunnel, his buddy in the biz is gonna finish berserk off here (taking a year to do so to miura's standards). griffith will be king of the world and guts and crew will sink with the ship, all titanic style, with only shierke surviving like rose did in that one movie (you know, the one that everyone saw in 1997). I can just see roderick standing at the wheel while the ship's going under

You know........your fixation with Roderick is really starting to turn into an unhealthy, Gollum-like obsession.
Seriously, face it dude, he is nothing more than a secondary character, the kind of guy who dies about 15 chapters after his first appearance, defending a door from a horde of enemies, thus allowing most important, relevant character, like Gutts or Caska, to make it out of the place alive.
One original thought is worth a thousand mindless quotings.

I like the way you think, Rolos!

Although frankly, I feel that The Herald's sudden fixation on the idea of Miura's hand being injured is even more disturbing than the Roderick obsession.

You are probably right about the way Roderick will die, he is a minor character. It's not really a fixation, I just find he's easy to bring into topic, and he's not dead yet like Judeau. And why is it so disturbing that I think that Miura's hand might be broken? The only reason I said so in two different threads is because I thought of the silly theory while typing the post in the other thread, but didn't feel it was appropriate there.

... what about a theory ... muira already is dead and robots are short circuiting trying to replicate berserk

As long as they're getting it out of him, I don't care what it takes.

Oh, I see. They're extracting the information from his corpse like in "Fringe"! Nice...

I was about to say something about it a few days ago in some thread, but it just didn't suit. :)

Nope, that would be awesome. And somewhat.......sexy.....

Seriously though, robots are efficient. Well, at least computers are (except my brother's...its an unreliable piece of crap..I was forced to use it for about a week, and I ended up having a big fight with him for having such a piece of shit and not doing anything to fix it), and, unlike some, they would at least make their releases within the time limits their editors set for them.

No they wouldn't, if they tried to make something as awesome and detailed as Berserk they'd keep overloading and breaking down. No mere machine can match the awesomeness that is Miura.

Too bad though. It'd be nice if they could.
