im curious if useing this method of keeping him from going full 9 tails has anything to do with the 4th haveing to die while sealing him? what if he never really did die, he just lives within the seal, or something of that nature? (highly unlikely i know just some food for thought)

You may be on to something there papasith. When the third did the sealing technique he said something along the lines of being trapped in the seal for all eternity fighting with orochimaru. So maybe just maybe the fourth is still alive, and may one day break out of there. Who knows though really.

Last chapter was good, i like where they might be heading to some deeper meaning... but the coolest thing and reason i wanted to post was naruto showing signs of useing sage chakra and the demon fox's at the same time. any thoughts on that (i was under the impression it was impossible to have both at once )

I think it's cool that he can meld both sage and kyuubi mode, but the combination seems like a contradiction. Sage mode is all about focusing or else Naruto would become a frog, while kyuubi mode is all about releasing raw emotion in order to manifest intense power.

WTF?! Is this possible that Kishimoto found panacea for every evil, inequality and etc in the world? Or he is just trying to hint us that the communism is what we need?

Unmistakably a shitty move to revive everyone with, "Life or death eyes nojutsu" (Sorry been watching alot of hbi2k's abridged series lately.) even though it was a bit logical, them saying his eye techniques were the strongest from the very begining. You can't say you didn't see it coming though. Also they're seriously making that asshole the hokage? Did he just give up his manga to some five year old? WtF?!

I don't know if I can keep reading the bullshit if it keeps going like this, for serious. Times like these make it too fucking easy to bash naruto.
