ok so as I was saying Naruto's training isn't really done yet. Just a little bit closer to being complete. Now Pain has finally arrived at the leaf and I can't wait to see who takes him on. Perhaps a couple of decent fights with the six ways of pain before Naruto arrives.

Also its been killing me to know this. But Can you guys see Naruto with Jiriaya's scroll on his back?

edit: has anyone else seen that fan art of Naruto wearing a Cloak like Minato used to wear? that would be a sick costume as well.

Yeah, I was just thinking of that when you mentioned Naruto wearing Jiraiya's scroll on his back. I haven't seen him wearing the scroll, but I guess I can imagine it. Anyway, I have seen that picture you're talking about, with Naruto wearing the coat (I wouldn't call that thing a cloak, it has sleeves after all) that looks like Minato's. That wound indeed be a sick ass costume for him. Maybe he will don it someday, that would be sweet.

Heh, the author has this tendency of showing new technique without actually showing it to us, i hope it´s that technique that Jiraya advised Naruto not to use way back in the beginning of part 2.

Very good chapter, although i don´t know who the interrogation team is working on.

And the fact that the "dead" Pain was shown in the autopsy room probably means that he´s going to come back to life.

I'm guessing the first good ninja (at least jounin level) that meets Pain is going to take serious injuries or be killed. There definatly will be deaths when Pain starts his attacks on Konoha. I only reckon the tide will turn in a big fight with him if Naruto turns up on the scene mid fight between Pain and the Konoha-nins.

I hope there is a lot more flash backs between Naruto and Jiraiya in order to show that during the time gap Naruto had been taught more than what we have seen up till now.

WOW.

Okay, i was starting to like Pain´s invasion at first, when the Pains threw the girly looking one and he summoned all of them when he landed (That will look awesome when animated) and then you had the other one sucking ghosts out of ninjas.

But the fact that Killerbee was alive was the best part by far, seriously. And how they both talks casually to each other is pretty funny, the nine tail fox talks like he´s "the bringer of doom to all men" and this one talks like he´s fucking killer bee´s agent.


9/10 chapter. Hell, one of the best chapter of part 2.

I don't know about you guys but the names that he has given to all the of six. Is pretty interesting I'm assuming they have to do with each ones powers in a way. Where Animal realm is possibly the replacement to the one that use to do the summoning (isn't that the one Jiri killed?). So I guess Tsunade is going to 'check out' at the end of this little attack arc.

We never actually seen what the "God Realm" could do as well. Possibly bring the dead back? like he did when Jiri killed the three back that the rain country.

me too, I think he'll loose badly if he fight him now, only kakashi and Tsunade have a chance to survive against Pain;
but the attack against Konoha won't succeed, I think, there are too much high level ninjas in the village and eventually Pain will have to retreat, the only suspense is if he'll be able to take Naruto with him and steal the nine tails.

I think naruto will bust out some crazy strong move and kill some of pains guys and he will retreat

It seems like when there's a big fight, one of the mentor characters gets killed off. I really hope that this doesn't happen to Kakashi. Also, it would be cool if during the fight, they figure out what Jiraiya's message means.

nah jiraya already died no one else will die unless they plan on making naruto 6th hokage already kill off tsunade

Tsunade is going to die at some point or another. I don't see Naruto being the 6th unless he comes and shuts down Pain.

I finally made that connection when i saw that those brain defenses were pieces of paper (Konan).

Kishimoto is throwing that scene alot and is sticking to it which means it´s probably important.

Also the start of the Kakashi/Pain fight was pretty awesome, i liked the plan of creating a wall and putting Pain between the wall and the "sword", hehe.

Of course this is Pain and he just brushed it off.

Right. Yeah the start of the Pain vs Kakashi fight was pretty cool. Looking forward to seeing what happens next. Naruto is really starting to heat up again!

yup naruto is getting really good again

next chapter I won't be surprised if sakura comes gets beat up and naruto comes on the last panel all powered up
