Me either...I don't know, it's hard to filter through all this crap. I try, but it's not easy to keep from getting discouraged with some of this. *shrugs*

I know exactly what you mean, I've also tried to see what's been going on in this thread, but I've failed miserably. The last interesting thing I got from here, was that the Snake Baron was actually in the Eclipse. I still haven't found him though.

I'm pretty sure he wasn't there. I remember him running around in the forest sometime before the eclipse, but I don't think he appeared after that until Gatts showed up to kill him.

I think he was before the eclipse not actually in it. You see him when the rest of the band of the hawk is eaten, when rickert is saved. I am pretty sure that is where he is. If not I know before that right after Griffith is caught and SK talks to Guts about his fate and him being the struggler. Somewhere around there they talk about how things start to change and something strange happened in teh woods, and it shows a picture of the snake guy and some other Apostle towering over the woods. They were shadowed but definately there.

- guts has dreams about zodd before he really meets him doesn't he? can't remember if the one where gambino is on top of that hill and the shape of zodd kills him is before or after?
- the 30 man slayers name closely resembles if not is the name of a demon in real mythology. bazuzu or pazuzu.
- muira bases the godhands appearance on some of the characters from the
Hellraiser movie series.

Yeah, I knew about the Hellraiser thing, I think I read somewhere that Miura is a big fan of it. I mean, look at this guy:

Well, while we're in the neighborhood of this name coincidence subject... I actually took a call from a customer named Isidoro today. Isn't that crazy! I couldn't tell where he was from though, but if I had to guess, his accent sounded kind of Spanish. I couldn’t really tell though.

Well, if he really was spanish like Starnum thought, then he was probably called Isidro (not Isidoro, even though it's pretty much the same), which is sort of a common name in latin america.

I actually think Miura tried to use alot of european names for his characters, since it was supposed to take place in a Europe type place. He probably did use the name Isidro, but in converting to to japanese it was changed to Isidoro.

I also had a real funny thing last night.
I raped a 15 year old girl in a dark ally, and I asked her name afterwards.
Her name was Julia. Nobody in Berserk is called Julia!
