The first rape scenes was used well cause it was shocking what the copies were doing.
Now its just used to sell.
I read 49-51 and finaly we can get over this when the old man finaly goes for the finishing touches of making Kougha into his own pet.

I can't even tell who the good guys are anymore. Both the Zet and Kouga factions are pretty evil to me.

I guess Katsura intends to focus more on each faction's point of view rather than common good and evil ...
You're quite right Libaax, chapters 50-51 might be the most interesting part of this volume.
Volume 5 will be great, I'm sure of it.

Zetman actually got better once it focussed more on Kouga imho.
Sure Jin is a cool character too; but I always felt this series had huge potential but still missed a certain something, which I think it is now delivering.

Hopefully Cry-baby (Kouga) will get changed now to a real jerk so the story will get better

Read the latest chapter and I liked the explanation given there.
Theres still hope for this series
So according to my calculations the little kid following the one that tries to get Kouga to help him is his son.

We will see him indeed. I don't think that's a secret anymore ...
Vol 5 was cool ... We got to understand lots of stuff, although I still don't know where Katsura's getting at.

Vol 5 the end of it was decent cause you got to understand stuff.
But chap 61-62 was useless.
Cant he understand we dont care about Kouga and "his own justice"
If he doesnt start focusing the story around Jin soon, i will dump this and wait until more vols is out so i can read five mins with Jin and breeze by this lame "not so evil but greedy"company stuff.
His writing is start to remind me of Kishimoto who writes Naruto, who is the worst mangaka ever at writing a good plot.

Huu...Are you sure you want to say that?
Because I'll be sure to quote you again when it will be exposed how much ass Zetman kick.

You did
NOT just go there.

I dont care how awesome Zetman gets later.
There is no plot what so ever right now.
There are many dots but not one of them is connected to the other.
Its another Kishimoto skill to write many uninteresting chapters in a row then one interesting then 10 sucky ones. This is how this manga has been since vol 4.

Seriously, I'm surprised. You must be biased. Or be a Jin fanboy. Or be a n anti-rape militant.
The story, even if it's "lame stuff (?)", is quite well presented until now. Teasing at 1st, then go deeper into the real plot starting with Kouga.
And can you tell us exactly what are the dots you mentioned that are not connected together? Because as far as I know, a LOT of stuffs has been properly introduced (origins of players for instance, or Jin's origin). What, you want to know everything after 4 volumes!?
So far Zetman has been a enjoyable yet surprising ride.
Edit: Yeah, about Kishimoto stuff. False. I don't even know why it's mentioned here.
Edit2: the last chapters were not useless, as they introduced Kouga's Sr (pretty important character in this story, as he has been a "shadow" until now), as well as some of the stuffs that happend with the grandfather. I think it was a nice piece of information.

I didnt mind the rape and i am not a Jin fanboy although he is much more interesting than Kouga.
What i dont like is the lack of balance beteween the characters point of view.
First it was alittle Jin now there is so much time spend on Kougha, his family.
Kouga sr has nothing to do with the plot since it was the old man that did the reaserch on the players.
When its about the players its cool but i dont like this evil company stuff.
If he could jump beteween whatever happened to Jin and the old man and co who was experimenting on him to the company and kouga it would be alright.
I just dont like when the story is focused too much on something that is very boring so far.
Most i hate when Jin story got interesting i mean him turning into Zet,then suddenly the last vols has been like a totaly diffrent manga. The only times i enjoyed what was when there was some new info.

I guess we look at it differently, because I'm, really not bored by this story. I really don't see what's wrong with the evil company, is it very similar to american comics (I don't read those, and I know you read them a lot, maybe that would explain)? I feel there were a lot of infos that were given that actually have something to do with Jin as well.
The odd thing is that Kouga didn't make the connection yet, and he can be smart when he wants. For somebody that is obsessed with Jin, it's surprising.

Nah its not cause i read comics, i havent actually read many comics where the bad guys are evil company.
Is just that kouga side of the story keeps getting worse for me.
When Jirou and him was talking about Jirou and his past, the players etc was the only time i find it interesting.

In that case, I think you should be a bit more patient and wait for the 6rd volume,
Libaax.
I'm sure you're going to enjoy this one, and from what I could read of volume 7 it definitely gets better later on.
Just like in a movie, there are always some boring parts you'd like to skip even if they are essential to the setting of the storyline

I have been patient cause it has been like this since vol4.
The only reason i havent give up on it is that i know it gets good when he decided to write more about the players.
I compared him to Kishimoto cause he reminded me of him writing chapters that are totaly uninteresting sometimes.
Most mangas i read even when we dont what is happening there is some interesting going on.
It just that i have been spoiled by the mangas i have read, 99% of them have been amazing from start to finish.
