Chitta is a sorceress from the Mahou games by Raizing. She appeared as a guest character in Armed Police Batrider and many others as well.

This is obviously the Batrider version of Chitta.

Yes, it did. Not the best script, yet a nice movie. Nicolas Cage was the best part of the whole thing. He is a godo actor.

As for the orb, Sandman, it look very nice.
