Man i hear yah on that. I was tight end, i had 300 + fatties on my team and all they would do was step all over my feet. Shit i remember after a game my favorite socks were covered in blood, like soaking somewhat. Fucking pass blocking crap, it was like a death trap meant for my feet to get crushed.

I have a couple messed up fingers too. my friend had a nasty one, where his middle finger was pointing the other way. When i think about it, he is muslim and is just a big bigger then Buz, but he had to determination to actually go and play football.

Ive kept myself prety healthy. other then my shoulder dislocation... i think the next on the list was when i was 7 and i was tripled dog dared to jump 16 steps of stairs... well i owned it up and jumped all 16, but my left foot couldnt move and pretty much sprained it. I dont remember what i did to heal it, but all i know was that i soldier that shit. everyone was like, your foot, i was like naw, nothing.

but damn darken you got some battle wounds lol.

oh just remembered. When i had my dislocation injury i was taking ju-jitsu and well i had no idea my dislocation was that bad... sparred and the other guy got my arm in an arm bar and pop, arm came out. that guy was freaking out and shit. My friend was there and he was like, " it looks like you were a toy and he just pulled your arm off your body. man thank god i was able to put it back in quick. That was the greatest feeling, putting a dislocating shoulder back into place.

I remember one time the football coach made me run so much I threw up all the water I drank that day. It was just clear vomit.

i had that, and the gatorade vomit too. Anyone see pizza before? Some guys tried to see who can eat the most before practice and see who wouldnt throw up. One of the smallest guy on our team won. That little guy won fucking like 150 bucks from that lol.

finally been able to start runngin again. Nice and easy jogs, out of shape a bit, but im still able to complete my routine jog, but takes almost double the time.

Its about 5 miles, but the first half is all up hill, really up hill, and the last half down hill.
