Alucard started fighting Anderson, and we know the drill: Alucard is going to face the arc-nemesis at the end. So, IMO, Anderson will most probably loose heroically. Who'll be the next? My vote goes to Captain Hans...
I haven't seen something hinting to another old-powerful vampire like Alucard. I'm not saying that it won't happen but it requires the introduction of a new character - or somebody we know should surprisingly turn into an Alucard-like nosferatu.
Montana Max seems very confident, he has something up his sleeve - or he's totally lost it. Also, the way they converted Walter is yet to be explained. My guess is he and Doc has a surprise for Alucard.
You saw the true form of alucard? now that all his power is unleashed, the only way the beat him, is to beat the true form: perhaps in chapter 6 it will become clear, like this:
I cant see anyone beating him now when he is in final restraint. But someone really powerful might have a chance if they fight before he is in his true form.

interesting point... Alucard is basically invincible in his daily, normal form, but he might be defeated in his true form... But, if he faces a danger all he needs to do is reverting back to his normal form by putting the restrains in order.

the technique from Anderson called "Explosive guidance chain" is pretty cool ,don't you guys think? Surprising that Anderson still has much stamina left.
About that weakness: I understood that Alucard has as many lives as he has eaten men, but now as he launched them all out to attack Nazis & Crusaders he's now quite beatable with only 1 life. I don't really think it's much "weaker" , because now he has army of thousands and every soldier can do different things, be in other places, fight thousands of different fights, etc. But when they're all in him, he can only be in one place, fighting only group of enemies.
It seems pretty sure Anderson will die, but how about Seras eating him instead of Alucard? Making Seras "new version of Alucard"?
Seras will never become a new version of Alucard thats for sure. She isnt the same kind of vamp like he is. Sure she has a litte of his powers but thats it.
