Quoted for even more truth

And in my humble opinion Chrono Trigger > All other RPGs (Yeah, even that one)

I wish Cross would have lived up to Trigger. They didn't have the right people working on the game I guess.

Anyway. I'm still wanting to see this 97 minute movie and the anime. I don't know how good they will be. It might be a great movie and anime, but I'm not going to hold my breath on that.

Word.

And yeah, Chrono Trigger owns FFVII, but Phantasy Star IV owns all of those games for free. :smoken:

Chrono Chross's only real problem was that is wasn't Chrono Trigger 2, which is what everyone expected, and what everyone wanted. Had it been named something different, the game would have probably gotten a whole different general review by the public.

Cross was one of my fav rpgs. I loved the game. The story was so good and the cast was cool too. I know it was not trigger 2, but it was a great game and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who has ps1. BTW, i love FF7, it was just great and Ayanami, you cant giive me shit, i played the old FFs first! (Im no fan boy!) Pres Shinra for life! (cooler than Seph)

Best scene in that game is when Pres Shinra is in his office and Diamond weapon fires all those things at midgar before he is blasted by the cannon, and shinra sees all the blasts coming for him in his office. Dam that was sweet! And of course classic Aeris death.

BTw, whats everyone else's fav scene in FF7

I like the one where Sephiroth comes to terms with his homosexuality and takes a bath in pink fluff in Temple of the Ancients.

...and people question the selection of Sephiroth's voice actor in Kingdom Hearts.

Not really.

No subs though, but this group will supposedly have them this week.

I'll just wait for the US release.

Starnum, can you link to this infamous article, so that we may read it for ourselves?

I am currently replaying chrono trigger. I love that game. But, FFVI > chrono trigger, imo. I wish that would get the VII treatment, or at least a high quality ps remake.

HOLY MOTHER....this is the best thing that could happen to a fan of Final Fantasy VII. Pure fan service. As a movie for people who've never played the game...they will not like it due to it's thin plot. For the fans of the game though, it's damn awesome. This is what should have hit theaters instead of Spirits Within. Makes me wish they would have done something with Chrono Trigger.

Alot of people wanna see the movie but they never played FF 7. How are they going to enjoy the movie unless they get the rest of the story from the game? Two of my friends wanna go see it with me but they have not played 7.

The only thing I didn't like about the movie was how Sephiroth appeared.

Reno and Rude were damn awesome in the movie.

Spoiler...

I went back and watched it again and I understand now how Sephiroth could make an appearance due to the Jenova cells. So it's cool.
