Well it'll all turn out to be a part of Aizen's master plan, and we all kinda know that. I mean, if there's going to be some dramatic plot revelations iand changes t seems a bit early in the arc. IF Inoue can pull it off, then no doubt Aizen intended for her to all along anyway - maybe it'll be like a shortcut.
Just curious, but the Hogyoku (sp?) is completely unecessary for creating the ou-Ken isn't it? I'm pretty sure the only thing it does is create Arrancar (and I guess Vizards too).

It probably is part of Aizen's plan, hence the look on his face at the beginning of the next page. However, I also have a bad feeling about trying to do something so drastic to the Hougyoku. Trying to will something so powerful out of existence can have drastic and horrible repercussions. The damn girl could end up destroying the world, but I doubt it'll go that far.
Orihime attempts to will the Hougyoku out of existence, this sets off a chain reaction that causes the apocalypse. Bleach ends as the entire universe is willed out of existence.

Personally I think Bleach will have Three major arcs, of which it is currently in the second. Volumes 1-6 were kind of liek a prelude, SS arc was arc 1, the new arc is arc 2. The third arc will probably be in Hell or something.
I dunno I think it's too popular to end like that. I do think he'll do a yukito(battle angel author who takes 3 months off) and take a long ass break from time to time and just release chapters monthly.
Well you see Hell really early on in the manga - well, it's gates. So it does exist, and it doesn't seem to be HM. You're right about the lack of Heaven though - SS it is not.
Way in the beginning when Sado, saved that parrot. The hallow killed that boy and his mom and was tormenting the parrot killing all of his owners. Then ichigo excercises the hollow. Then BAM.

It's in Volume 2, near the end. Can't remember the exact chapter though. The description was just so vague Kubo couldn't just leave it at that... well... he might.
Its releases like this latest one that really piss me off. I mean come on how many times does Ichigo have to get his ass handed to him? there are soo many other characters that I'd rather see fight than watch the same Ichigo fight everytime.

Yeah, my late fears of this next arc becoming a SS arc - Orihime version - did came to happen but i gotta hand it to Kubo, the story may be at it´s worst and he could do much better with the story but these Arrancar guys are much interesting adversaries to Ichigo than the Death God Co.
And i like what he did with Orihime, that fairy crap he did with her was just fucking terrible.
Also, did you guys notice that bird arrancar that Ishida defeated was the first Arrancar that appeared on the series?
