thats just the effect of it going so fast the other way...sorta like when you're driving in your car and and the backround looks like it's going your direction or the wheels of a car...i forget what that is called

Sorry, but he looks more like a superhero from those awful shows for kids where they learn stupid shit with some character of superhero. Who is usually some washoff of actor with beer belly, little or no hair and his face is always red - because his liver is unable to process the amount of alcohol in him.
It looks kinda silly. But, its very original.
