You said this chapter was the worst one by far, i pointed out the only good thing it had but i never said it was good.Grahf wrote:Deathbringer wrote:Tell me good sir, where the hell did i said that was a good chapter?
If I thought that character development wasn't the difference between a good and bad chapter I would have said nothing.Deathbringer wrote:No fights but decent character development, looks likr there will be some action in the next one.Grahf wrote:303 = the worst chapter by far. Wow they just build bad chapter upon bad chapter.

The chapter shows character development for Sai like him or not, that´s why i dont think this chapter wasn´t a total waste, the last one was worse in fact, it was a chapter of them opening a fucking door.Grahf wrote:and I countered that character development was horrible. Why was it because they repeated Naruto's resolve in another way and they gave Sai's back story which no one cares about. Thus making it the worst one by far.
Don´t alienate 303 to the extreme.
He should. Because 304 alienate the limits of lameness.Deathbringer wrote:The chapter shows character development for Sai like him or not, that´s why i dont think this chapter wasn´t a total waste, the last one was worse in fact, it was a chapter of them opening a fucking door.Grahf wrote:and I countered that character development was horrible. I'm warning you people: don't read it. Seriously.

Hmm I'll leave it at that. Seems like a backstory is all thats needed to distract you. lol It sucked plain and simple. I'm not the only one who thinks that as you can see.Deathbringer wrote:The chapter shows character development for Sai like him or not, that´s why i dont think this chapter wasn´t a total waste, the last one was worse in fact, it was a chapter of them opening a fucking door.
And if Albator is right it seems they just lowered the bar yet again.
"Context is for Kings"
304 is Naruto Powa at its pinnacle...
Trans and raws are up at Mangahelpers, I should say it. Scanlation should be out in no time.
And it pains me to say it, too. But if it's too late for me, it might not be for you. I will stay hooked, but you can still save yourself. Run!
Farewell

Hm, that wasn't all that bad really. However, it's still too early to say Naruto has made a comeback. However, we did manage to see some decent character development about Sai, but who cares about him anyway. He's such a flip-flopper, but I'm guessing he's finally made up his mind about which side he wants to be on, and since it's the right side, I guess I'll give him a smidgeon of credit for that. I did like that little picture he drew...probably the only thing good about the chapter. I have hopes for the series, but my doubts are heavy. If any series could make a comeback from such a decrease in quality, I'd think Naruto could. Hm, we'll see though. It's still got a long ways to go after all. I mean, why is it that Naruto's sneak attack failed, when it seemed to actually be a good plan, when Sai's succeeded. Plus, since when was Kabuto so easily subdued...I just don't know about it *sigh*.
Yeah the sneak attack failed...I guess it would if you were DRINKING TEA in the middle of the enemy's coridor. "Ho I'm tired let's just rest there, who cares about hiding!".
And the usual Naruto's power is the ability to makes everybody realize about their evil ways, and walk the right path. It's getting very old.
THere will be some good fights along the way, but the creativity seems to be gone. Rarely have I felt like an author was so out of idea to keep a story going. THat makes me sad, Naruto was rocking at 1st. But hey let's see what happens next with Oro. Sasuke might not be far.

When I said sneak attack, I meant when he tried to hit Kabuto in the back with the Rasengan, but I see what you mean about their lack of concern while running around in Oro's HQ. As for "Naruto's Power" to change the hearts of men, I've always kind of liked that, but it just doesn't feel the same this time around. I don't know, Sai seemed to change sides so suddenly *shrugs*.

Kishimoto is a master at wasting pages.

Good thing about Orochimaru, is that when he appears, there´s usually fight, i´m a *little* tired of this talking.

Agreed, this probably isn´t over for him, the whole "traitor mission" thing is a gray area to me.but it just doesn't feel the same this time around.
