No I don't think death is evil, she does her job to protect us from going to far in a state of madness. She lets us keep our memories and reminds us of what we lost. Six feet under with the greeting mat upside down.
OH and I use she as personification because i always normally make women out to be mean in my writings but death is what i respect. Even if others weep when she comes.

(Actually, I've written Death in as a character in "Ksi". That's the first thing I thought about when I read this thread. However, I handle his personification in kind of a unique way. Heh, he'd definitely be bitch slapping you guys around after reading this though. *Chuckles*)
