Wow, those were good, really good. Speaking of DeviantArt, I've got a new Berserk piece up. It's with Gatts transformed after using the behelit. He basically looks like as he did in Volume 23 when he had those visions. Keep the artwork coming everybody.http://www.deviantart.com/view/24044096/

I pretty much liked them all, especially the first and the last one.

It's not coming at all.

Between college and a part time job that can go full time depending on the week, there's little time I can spare for stuff like that. If I'm going to be drawing something, it'll be nothing but schoolwork.

For now at least.

I here that. was checking through this thread recently for submissions from the past few months and noticed one of your posts said you were working on SK. Feel free to post any school work scanned on your pc though in the other art thread. I'd do so if I had a scanner and some good school work. Going to Columbia college right now for art. Drawing shapes isn't too glamorous though. It's very much the same class as Fundamentals in high school. Figure drawing will be fun though.

Oh, and Sandman, that is one bad ass avatar of Berserk characters. I've always felt Beserk's characters were more individuals with values and ideals than good side/bad side. There's something admirable about a lot of Berserk's world. Love the coloring job as well, whoever did it.

Man, that's too bad, I would have loved to see that Skull Knight drawing, Femto.

I would've loved to do it too, but it'll have to wait until I have some time to spare. I'm really behind in my school work and Digital Devil Saga 2 isn't helping.

Well tried to copy some characters and eehm its pretty damned hard. Tried to draw farnese in her War gear once but that one failed miserable. This is the only one that succeeded and its not that good but still a good start imo

Two words: Fucking Awesome. Although Guts seems a bit short in height...

Thats awsome, just re-inforcing what has been said.

I think the reason why Gutts seems so short is because of the angle he is standing.

The foreshortening is off then.

I can't quite place what I don't like about it, but it's an awesome piece regardless.

Well I drew him stocky rather then lean because to me he seemed to look more brutish and powerful that way. Just my personal take on the character.

Hope you don't mind, Panoramacon. I edited your picture.

The real Guts .. lol

I took a second to skew the image 140% vertically in Paint, so he's no longer stocky! ... though it still looks a little weird i think .... maybe i should have skewed it more. Oh i know, it's his legs. They're too short compared to the rest of his body. Skewing probably won't fix that.

Yes, I'm told that proper proportions are very tricky. It is a nice piece though. However, and maybe this was just artistic license, but what's up with the chain and hook hanging off of his leg?

Perhaps its the "sheath" for the Dragonslayer when its on his back. I dunno...damn, I need to stop being lazy and start drawing again. Necro, what do you want as an apostle (kinda like how Idea asked Griffith what he wanted). I'm gonna guy buy a shitload of pencils tomorrow. I hate being lazy (AOE3 was SO disappointing)
That's right!! Another pointless post by me bitches!!! HA!
