Man you don't know much about basketball if you think that he hasn't been useful cause he plays 20-25 Min's a game has 9 points per game,6,7 rebounds,steals,3 p. Without him their bench would be nothing offensively, defensive.

As I am from Argentina, just wanted to ask what do you guys think about Manu Ginobili? The newspapers here are talking not but "terrific greatfullness" of him, but I would like a more objective opinion :+).

he's good, but he's better when he plays more agressively like he did in game one.

Genobili is a master of driving and deserve all the credit, i didn't think he was all before but know i see his greatness. If i were an Argentine i would be proud of him and boast about him ;)

dos.azn

The Spurs trust him alot more than the Lakers did also they are a real team,Lakers was all about Shaq,Kobe.

Also i haven't post more a post or two per day the last couple of days cause of the NBA,The Confederation Cup,the sun etc. Otherwise i would be 200 post before you.

Yeah for all the losers who thought that this final would be an easy win for SA or that it would be boring can go to you know where ;)

So who do you think will win?

I think The Pistons cause they don't have anything to lose while SA has everything to lose.

And they will win cause they won game 6 despite Parker and Genobili drived and scored alot,SA had almost perfect offense but still lost thanks to Ben Wallace,Billups.

Play of the playoffs was when B.Wallace jumped in the air backward and blocked Genobili's drive, that's was amazing.

Indeed it was an amazing game. I want SA win of course cos Ginobili (it's GInobili X'D, the complete name is Emanuel Ginóbili).

From "statistics", if SA wins, Ginóbili will one of the (already) two giants who won a NBA tournament, the Olympics, and then another NBA tournament consecutively, one of these is M. Jordan, don't remember the name of the other one.

All my friends rip on Ginobili during the games. So I found that amusing.

Pistons all the way, I mean, come on, I am from Detroit.

took 4 games to give us 3 great games. I'm glad Detroit didn't win for many reasons. Though they had the series in the palm of their hands and they let it go.

Hehe TD sig would be awesome.

Its a shame they lost it after having played so great, i think their lack of 3p shooting killed them in this final and the 7 game Duncan killed them in the last two quarters cause he coulndt sundenly miss a shot.

I hope Brown comes back next year to coach The Pistons and if they one or two offensive good bench players they will be able to challenge for the title again.

Man i wanted Detroit to win so much and B.W to be the MVP,he defended Duncan like he was nothing in this finals.

It came down to Rasheed Wallace. Other than game 6 he wasn't much of an impact and I think that hurt them. NOt to mention the mental error of game 5 which was a killer. If Detroit had won that game they would have gotten the series. Though Sheed came back for game 6 he was just in too much foul trouble all series.

I have been saying to a friend that wanted SA to win that i was afraid of how little Rashed does for The Pistons and that it might kill them in this final and i was unfortunately right.

He had mental error in Game 5,he didn't score more 8-9 p a game, his rebounding was awful he had 1 or 2 rebound in game 7.

Specially since he scored almost every time he made a move against TD cause of the height difference.

If it was the R.W in Portland this final would have gone to the Pistons.

I hope they trade him for someone who is better offensivly. Atcually i don't know why he starts when Macdyss outscored and outrebounded him.

Weeeeeeeeeee! Spurs won!! :D 8) :pwned:  :headbang:  :censored:

It was a chess game to me, many times i wanted to kill Tony Parker, more in the end with that last foul, I think even Popovich wanted the same in that moment. Their strategy was right, to make Duncan force fouls on himself from all Pistons defense, and break it that way, then to get 3 men over him, and allow 2 killing threes near the end.

Then again He was on Duncan the whole game and that forced him to pick up fouls. But on the offensive end he got no touches. What detroit couldn't do was get Duncan into foul trouble. Unlike Shaq Duncan doesn't reach and pick up stupid fouls. You must go at him if you want to draw fouls. Thats what Stoudemare did to him as well as the Sonics. But the Detroit front was unable to do that. Mcdycee did score but he could draw any fouls.

On top of that the Guards held onto that ball for tooo long. They did for both teams. Until Duncan got going in the 3 quarter. Both teams kind of went through selfish phases where there was little passing.

ugh, man. Game 7 was horrible IMO. The pistons played like complete shit. What really pissed me off was inside the 2 min. mark, ginobli gets a rebound, walks up the court, through the lane, and gets a layup without ANYONE even trying to stop him. Billups and Hamilton sucked it up like there was no tommorow. The only people playing well for the pistons were Ben Wallace and Mcdyess. Why didn't they continue to go to them?

Because Ben Wallace isn't an offensive threat. Most of his points was off of drive and dishes. He had 3 straight dunks that were created by guard penetration. As for Mcdyess he is a fucking bum. He came to the knicks and didn't do shit here and now he is an offensive threat?? please.
