the scenes leading up to that one are just whack. I've only seen a few of the episodes so i probably didn't get some of the humor but there were parts that were pretty funny. I'm sure you can get it in IRC or a torrent somewhere

They had the same 'propaganda' in an old issue of Phantom that they republished a couple of years back, and Phantom was having fun punching the 'nips' with his new American military friends. Nowadays, such 'issues' and 'crises' are more subtle in comics.
