I'd say upgrade to the latest IP board. Having the 'like' function eases the hands of facebook like whores.
Another skin couldn't hurt either. At The Center Network we've made a hub of several main sites all connected to the same forum which does help, but facebook and twitter are really making things hard. The Golden Age arc should get some more interest among people though. Maybe fan translate that if you can get a raw copy. Get the E_G word out. Maybe even a fb page (I know.. yuck)

My board used to do DBZ and Naruto translating and offered chapters and episodes and trying to change with the times we don't really have a theme anymore. You guys have really stuck by your guns and it's very admirable. These last few years have been tough times.

If you guys ever want to do a merger and join the hub, affiliate or anything let me know.
Oh yeah, you guys should make sure the forums are mobile accessible too since a lot of people surf on their overpriced phones of dismay -_-
