New Spider-Man in costume:

There are a couple of different elements that I'm actually OK with.
Also, it seems like he has regular webshooters this time around?

Re: Movies of 2011.
I know its a 2010 movie but I saw the new tron. Thought it was pretty good, but do they have to try and make every scene so damned epic? The original had this 'homey low budget' realness to it I kinda missed. Olivia Wilde is damned hot. And the Daft Punk scene was awesome.

Saw the Green Hornet. Really disappointed by it. I'm honestly not much of a Seth Rogan fan in the first place, but this movie felt a lot longer than 2 hours.
And for a movie that tried to have some semblance of regular guys (except for Kato just naturally being a martial arts master who works on cars) being superheroes, the freeze frame sections of Kato kicking the crap out of 4 guys before one hits the ground just struck me as extra ridiculous simply because they tried to pass it off as regular guys.

For those who have nothing to sacrifice,
It can be a very heartless city indeed.

13 Assassins - pretty awesome samurai flick. I was a little worried going into it knowing it was a Miike film, but overall I was very satisfied.
