The director said that they could use other means of distributing the series besides movies. So i'll be expecting OAVS after some movies. Probably after the Golden Age arc, i'm seriously expecting 2 movies at best.

So the pirates were defeated, Guts reached THE HEART and the Sea God left his lair. The arc's climax is pretty close and we'll get some submarine action with Guts and the Heart's guardians. I hadn't thought of it that way. But I can see your point, the enemies in this arc aren't really all that impressive; you never truly get the fealing that Guts might be in trouble/having difficulty. I actually like the pirates, they might not be the most intense antagonists ever but i like the fish...

Meh....that stomach gas jump wasn't really to my liking there. Overall, except for the Lovecraftian tones, i'm finding this arc pretty weak. It's pretty much the equivalent of the Lost Children arc (A self contained adventure to show off the changed world the main characters find themselves in) but ...

Hey guys, Ritual Scan Forge says Berserk is returning in the following issue in June 25th and since they're a pretty reliable source, we're probably very close for more Berserk goodness.

My initial impressions is that she is an apostle. Which may account for the unknown fate of the rest of the island and strange impression of village inhabitants. As we have seen not all apostles are evil outright, some are more or less tragic figures that have arisen due to unfortunate circumstance...
