Yeah, I've noticed this too. On several pages both in chapter 277 and 278 it can be clearly seen that it's much bigger than the cutted one.

I like the chapter, but didn't you guys find the first three pages... a bit odd? Like they were drawn not by Miura? Looks like the whole prophecy thing was prepended by someone else.
