Berserk is a classic in Japan, and he makes other cash from merchandise and other stuff of Berserk.
I think he has assistants as well, I cannot imagine a mangaka without assistants. Most of them probably just want to learn from the master himself than getting paid. I remember there was an ad ages ago from Muira requesting more helpers.

If you read hellsing he is constanly requesting more helpers. Its really funny actually because DH actually translates it over in the english releases.

No he doesn't. I was just making a referance to hellsing having requests for assistance in it. Kohta Hirano does Hellsing, and unless its a penname than its not Miura.

It is Miura. Kentaro Miura. I actually buy the manga so whenever I need to spell his name I just look at the nearest copy to get it right.

If I just lean back in my chair I can see one of my books laying on its side with the name facing out to me, but upside down, but I can read upside down.

Ah, no need. I could be a millionaire and I wouldn't want to pay for games. I used to just download what I wanted to play. I don't do that anymore because its illegal.
