Seriously though, you guys did a great job with these two chapters. As always, I suppose, but...

What a cliffhanger, I almost fell out of my seat when I saw that was the end. I cant wait for the next chapter now.

What the fuck! You'll notice my name's not in the credits. I guess I did all that proofing for nothing. That's why there's errors...

I was looking forward to this release for some time. 256 should be sick, damn I just realized the amount of Cliff hangers I've seen today.

I'm new to posting here, but I just wanted to profess my undying love for the committed individuals who are scanlating Berserk manga for all of us too poor to buy, too impatient to wait, and too ... uh ... un-Japanese to read.

Thank you for doing all this work, and I think you should set up something on your website to accept donations. I apologize if there is something and I was too dense to notice. But with the number of committed fans and grateful viewers that you satisfy with each chapter, surely our thanks can be shown in at least a modicum of reimbursement. Especially since you let us know that you have real-life concerns to worry about, like exams and bills.

Anyway, thanks again. We all appreciate your effort.

If we accept donations, then we'll officially sold out, man! :headbang:

Not that I'm complaining...

Newbies like these two guys make me happy. Welcome aboard.

I think psi mentioned something about setting up a donation system via Paypal. I think he posted an e-mail address somewhere, but I'm not really sure. Psi?

Now I'll have to pollute this thread with content discussion:

Don't you guys think it's gross to see how much time Miura spends on a frickin' ball full of pointless people, while his fans are hungering for more blodday mayhem?

Now while I guess it's cruel for the diehard mayhem fans, it also shows on how much of a different level Miura writes compared to a lot of mainstream manga out there. I mean he could have filled those pages with fanservice, or something else, but no, he sticks to his story, no matter what.

Great release and wow waiting for the next one will be hard....

The picture of the ball had no real content but it was so astonishing... showing of in the finest way possible :-)
I wouldn't say the cat had anything to do with serpico, but I'm afraid (or glad) that probably their duel won't be finished because of the disturbance the cat will cause at the ball. Besides Guts is wearing the berserker armor...and crushing those pillars won't do any good to the buildings structure...
Since love and fear can hardly exist together, if we must choose between them, it is far safer to be feared than loved.

How good would berserk be if there was only pointless bloodbath over and over again? Events like balls and so on are needed in order to bring a perfect ballance and absolutely needed to be able to recognise what kind of time it is they are living in. Pointless people? I don't know really. All the thoughts and all comments at that ball was about midland so surely the counter-attack will commence soon in order to bring back midland. I don't think Gattsu will bother though it's not like he has felt any lojalty to that country :P.

Definitely not. First, it appears in the same kind of fog as the crocs, which we know is done by Kushan ... wizards?

And also, you can see it´s teeth are bent in a weird way, the same as the demon warriors and the Kushan emperor in apostle form.
