Oh how could I forget das Ketsui. 360 needs to get more Japanese support so Cave can just release it on that. Or better yet, just release a straight up arcade port on PS2 and wait on the special super duper version untill PS3 or what ever next gen console they want to put it on.

EDIT - Jump in chat K.

EDIT: Radiant Silvergun / Ikaruga sequel on the 360?

If true, it's one more thing that'll force me to get a 360.

Better quality Mushihimesama Futari videos, i.e. you can actually see stuff.

Not direct capture though.

I heard about this a while ago. All that was said then was that Treasure is developing an "original shooting game" for the 360. I heard rumors that it would be a sequel to Sin and Punishment. I read an interview with Treasure that talked about how they developed it for Western gamers and were disappointed it never made it here. But then there's been all the talk about the RSG trilogy, so I don't know. There are some things that I want for the 360, but I think a Treasure game would push me over the edge to get one.

Made a quick Under Defeat video today and thought I would post it here as well as the youtube video thread. Very rusty play, but as ya do. I was playing the game Tate, so the video came out side ways. :( I thought I could fix it in editing but I couldn't. Oh well, at least this video has sound. :D

Any who, first two stages of Under Defeat. This game kicks a very large portion of ass.

*dusts off the thread*

It looks like Ikaruga is going to be available on X-Box Live Arcade in the future.

Well, just held a big ass shmup/shooter meet at my house with some of the Michigan guys off Shmups.com. It was a ton of fun and I thought I would post some of the pics here. Tempest was there.

Tempest on the left. My friend in the middle, and Sonic R off Shmups on the right. Switching off playing Twinkle Star Sprites for the Saturn.
Image

My brother Rosiel in front, Dale and Andy off Shmups playing Guilty Gear. My brother does not like shooters, but likes fighters.
Image

Me standing with pride after the best Gradius V run I have ever had. Got about 1.8 million and finally got to stage 1-7. Sooooo close to 1cc.
Image

Me standing by the set up I had going. On the TATE TV we got Gallactic Attack (AKA Rayforce or Layer Section) and Guilty Gear XX Slash on the other.
Image

Boagman from Shmups playing Pulstar emulated on my PC.
Image

All of the photos were taken by Robotron from Shmups.

It was an awesome time with tons of games played.
Recca Summer Carnival
Gallactic Attack
Batsugun
Dodonpachi
Under Defeat
Lost Hope
Trigger Heart
R-Type on Turbo Grafx
Twinkle Star Sprites
Guilty Gear XX Slash
Rumble Fish
View Point
Elemental Master
Rayzambeer (I know I am butchering the name.)
Radirgy
Some Doujin Stuff on PC like Air Rade AIR
Thunder Force IV AKA Lightning Force

That is all I can remember. There were others as well though. And we still did not get to a lot of stuff. Sonic R brought his Neo AES over and that was dope as hell. I did not get a chance to play Matrimelee unfortunately.

I have not played Futari yet because of no way to play it. It looks pretty sweet though. I liked the first game.

EDIT / New Post - Well, via Kinkos I was able to make a little collage banner of a bunch of shooter flyers. It turned out pretty sweet IMO and thought I would post it up.

It is 18" tall and 3' wide. :D

This is what it ended up looking like in shop.
