Thats whats so great about DN,you dont see these kind of things coming.

Atleast Lights dad died knowing his son isnt Kira.

I feel sorry for Light....not for his dads death but cause of the stupid people he has to work with like his dad,Ide and co. They had lots of time to kill Mello but they couldn't do thier job.

There are spoilers in every post in this topic cause the few of us who read DN,wanna talk about what happened in the last.

If you come into a manga thread in this forum and havent read the latest chap you are begging for spoiler.

Me too i need more so much that i almost look more forward to DN than Berserk. That is a clear prove of my need of a new DN chap when i want it so much.

I just recently read all that was released, so I thought I'd comment on it. Um, I really like it, for one. I guess the matter at hand is did Mikami make a mistake by using the DN on the subway. If he gets caught, I'll never forgive him.

I really liked how the story was going, but in recent chapters doesn't the story seem a little bit too set up? Or is it just me.

you know I really lost interest in this series as soon as there was "another Kira" introduced. I mean come on.. But I guess its the only way to continue everything. *shruggs* It should have never gotten past "L" IMO. But I'm sure it will go past Mello and Near. Then we will have some other sorry bastards get themselves introduced as the next sucker to get out smarted by "Kira".

Another Kira? You mean the first another kira?

Near isnt as naive as L so i like him. L was a fool he knew that his gut told him that Light was Kira but he had to be 100% sure first.

what lead to that niavity? (sp?) that fact that he worked with Light's father and his fathers friends. There was no way they would have allowed him to lock up light with anything less than 100% proof. So I think the fool is the one who can't notcie there isn't a similarity between Near and L's situation. THat last chapter that I read was when the other cufflinks had started to suspect Light as well.

Then he passed off the book again.
