Where to find raws?

I wanna scans some mangas that i like but no one does, just wondering where i can find raws.
There must be sites that have them.

Me and a guy from Gotwoot are thinking of scaning a manga we like Legendary Leader Shou and if i found the raws he would find someone to translate it.
Is there more raws site?
Im looking the raws of Legendary Leader Shou,Shura No Mon.
