It's funny though, that the Duke Nukem titled "forever" is the one that took years to even come up with a trailer. I'm not a big fan, but it was about damn time.

I'm also not psyched at this news. While Duke 3D was a nice game, it didn't do anything revolutionary, the one thing that still stands out for the game is the wacky humor it had, and the phrases the Duke would utter. And of course one of the best endings ever. Taking a shit into the neck of the dismembered final boss.

People are freaking out because they will have to start making original jokes about games that are delayed/unexpected for a long period of time since DNF and Street Fighter 4 are coming out.

I also concur, I wasn't a huge fan of the Duke Nukem games in general.

Best- er, only trailer since 2001.

I'm having a hard time caring but a certain set of people are still going wild for Duke, and I respect that. For some reason.

Maybe it was AxeManiac's inspirational post about ascending to heaven and Duke's balls of steel on the SA Forums that did it.

I've never played a Duke Nukem game but DNF has always been at the top of Wired.com's annual vaporware list, which made it famous (in my eyes at least).
