I was curious if there are any musicians in our midst?

I, myself, play the guitar.

heh, violin. Being half chinese, my mom forced me to play violin.

I play the guitar. Both classic and electric guitar. Started twelve years ago.

I played the trumpet in fith grade.....

I play the guitar, violin and clarinet.

OMG!! i tried to play the huitar and clarinet, but i never practiced them. I only play the violin currently.

I think a lot of people would say the violin is a shitty instrument to play but I think it's awesome. You can use it in a lot of different music, even heavy metal .

you could... but i would just stick to the classical music it was meant to be played with.

i played the violin for a month in 3rd grade, then got kicked out due to lack of practice. After that I played the flute which i loved and no it's not a pussy instrument for girls. Sadly, I stopped for some reason, but hey guitar rules, tho im curious about drums also.

wish i played the flute. It sounds the best of all the instruments ive heard. PLUS the case is sooooooooooo small that it isnt a hassle to carry around. Try being a double bass player and have to bring it to another place....

I played bass for one year but quit because of the bands style changed to much...

I am hoping to be able to buy a keyboard and learn to play it soon

I definitely want to learn to play the Flute and make music like Jethro Tull.

Jethro Tull, hm i never knew they used instruments like this. Interesting. I never got into them, tho i like a little zeppelin and doors.

Acoustic Guitar

I play guitar, bass guitar, drums and the piano...
But mainly guitar dispite how hard it is to play with a hole in my hand... I accidently put scissors through my hand while I was drunk :S

I played the Violin and Cello for 4 years but i stopped about 5 years ago. I've been thinkin of buying a Cello and playing it again. But i got more important things on my to do list. So that'll have to wait another year at least.

Forced to take a class on piano in high school. Failed miserably. Luckily the class was only three students, and one was already proficent so it was the advance class for her, and the other was my buddy who was as lazy as I was so we never learned anything and still passed the class. Wonderful. Looking back though I wish I had learned atleast a little bit.

But what I would realy love to play is the guitar. To me the greatest instrument is the guitar. Electric and acoustic. Both key to know and use in my opinion.

I would love to compose a piece for several instruments someday and put it all together and hear it.

I've been in a band since I was 18...I'm 20 now. The instrument that I play is the Microphone! ^^

Electric, Acoustic and Bass Guitar. I can also play (some) flute.

I played an electronical Keyboard when in the time between my 8th and 13th year of life.

I play Alto Saxophone and Soprano Saxophone. Actually, once you leanr how to play one, you can play pretty much every Sax, but I only own and Alto and a Soprano.
