What is the main diffrence between the anime and manga? Any story diffrences? And what volume or whatnot consides with episode 161 of the ANIME?

Well finally got my thumbs out and gotten my hands on this manga. Been wanting to read it for ages now it feels like
Edit: Liked the manga alot
But what i´m wondering now is about the anime.
Is the DvD´s that will come out (Hopefully) the one´s that has been altered (Sanji having a lollipop in his mouth instead off a cigarette and so on). And is there anywhere you might get ahold off the first parts off the anime somewhere ??
