He was wearing a swan tutu, yes, it was very horrible. Though, I think that's kind of what the author was going for. I guess it's kind of funny.

Do I sense a hint of sarcasm in your post there? If so, I guess I can understand where you're coming from, but I still think that was pretty awesome.
I didn't expect him to recovery that quickly. I mean, I knew he'd live, but maybe he will save Ace after all. XD
I never really expected Bon Clay to join the crew. *shrugs*

Honestly, I don't know if we will get anymore new crew members. Originally Luffy said he only wanted like 9 or 10 people for his crew, so we might get one more. We already have everything Luffy always said he wanted for his crew, even a musician. ;)

Um, I'm talking about Brooke, not Bon Clay. Brooke has been shown playing music more than once. Also, he's one of the greatest musicians in the world, and not just because he was one of the Rumba Pirates. He can play any song and any instrument, not just the violin.

Oh, well...we saw him playing music in the flashbacks too. *Rubs his head while grinning in a chessy manner.*

...and in the anime he plays music a few times during the filler. >.>

Don't worry, I'm sure we'll be getting more musical delights from Brooke in the future.

With Iva-san and Inazuma in tow, can anyone stop Luffy's determination to reach Ace?!

Probably not, and that's not even counting Whitebeard, who will surely also be making an appearance. What I don't get is why they're moving Ace. Executions take place in prisions, right? So why risk so much on moving him to Marineford, where they can be attacked by Whitebeard and his crew on the open seas. The marines are making a big mistake. I think if they knew who Ace's father was they probably wouldn't be doing this.

Like most public executions, the purpose is to send a message. The marine-heads are definitely not ignorant of the repercussions of executing Ace, which means that they either are confident in their ability to deal with Whitebeard, or worse, are deliberately baiting Whitebeard to attack in the hopes of trapping him. Whitebeard would be attacking them on their terms and turf.

Maybe they do know who Ace is in relation to Dragon, and hope to also draw him out as well. So far, we have every intention to believe that the combination of Whitebeard and Dragon attacking the Marines would mean the end for them. But I don't believe the author would tell us how bad of an idea Whitebeard + Dragon would be without giving the Marines an ace in the hole.

And it's not like Dragon and Whitebeard would work together simply because of common goals, they're probably extremely headstrong men (Whitebeard at least) who wouldn't give a second thought to killing each other for the sake of principle. If anything, the best outcome for the Marines would be for Dragon and Whitebeard to attack and destroy one another.

Yeah, you're probably right, but I still think they're biting off more than they can chew. We shall see though.

Wow, that is a crazy team, nice!

It's really hard to accept that Ivankov is a major power player in the world while he/she's wearing that garter suit...

I can't imagine Ivan being able to plunge his/her fingers into bone. It'd be funny nonetheless. And he'd not only need to grow his skin back, but most of his vital organs, muscles, nerves.. how does Brooke have hair again?

I just can't believe this fight is already here. I wonder if this will be their true clash, or will there be another interruption like last time. If they really do fight unimpeded. Then I'll be a least a little surprised if Luffy wins.
